Breakfast in BOULDER

A wide variety of breakfast goodies await you at Snooze. The coffee & eggs benedict are always good as well as the typical eggs dishes. But the pancakes are definitely a cute above the rest… I had the red velvet pancakes which were excellent! Next time the carrot cake pancakes!

We sat on the outdoor patio at Snooze and enjoyed the sunshine (and heat lamps). I had the BEAT sandwich - you can see how delicious it is from the photo! Bacon, fried egg, arugula, tomato, aioli on a toasted ciabatta roll. Makes me hungry just thinking about it!!

Plan ahead. Prep your tummy and your schedule. There is always a 45 min wait or longer on peak days and times. Go very early or late if you don't want to wait. They have flights of pancakes so you can try all the flavors. You can also split your benedict order to try different kinds. My favorite the Bella... More

Love everything on the menu here. Mmmmmmm mimosas, burritos, pancakes, all fabulous. Only negative is the lengthy wait list to get in - but at least you can leave your mobile number and they can text you when it is getting close to your turn.

The music is uncomfortably, outrageously loud. The staff jams while having to crouch down to hear the customer to take their order. Their food and concept (minus the loud music) is great! The service is terrible. We had to ask three times for syrup to go with our pancakes. When we received the syrup it was cold and due to... More

We were on our way to Estes Park and stopped at Snooze on the recommendation of a friend and all I can say is THANK YOU, TRICIA! The food was so good, my husband had an omelet and I had the corned beef hash. Both were amazing. My husband also had an Upside Down Pineapple Pancake that was simply divine... More

Recently visited family in Boulder and was taken to Snooze because it's one of their favorite breakfast spots. I had the pancake of the day, cinnamon swirl and a couple of scrambled eggs. All was really good. The service was prompt and very accommodating. Next time I'm in town, I'll be going back for sure.

I was there on Saturday and I have to say I had heard so many good things but it was really just OK....I had the benny duo with one being better than the other but for all the hype I was expecting a product much better. I have had much better breakfasts at places where I don't have to wait... More

Some really decadent breakfasts as well as some healthy items that I was looking for. A really good mix with great wait staff.

My husband and I were in Boulder for several days and were lucky enough to find this place the first morning. We had breakfast there the rest of our trip. The pineapple upside down pancakes were my favorite, but the blueberry streusel were also delicious. The snooze spuds deluxe and the sandwich I am were my husband's favorites. If you... More
