I ordered the granola, yogurt, grapefruit & sour dough toast and iced coffee. it was all good. several in our group had eggs benedict and a variety of pancakes. everything was made well and served beautifully. The coffee was excellent.

It was a busy morning but worth the wait. Our server knew the menu and could easily answer questions and make recommendations. The food was cooked to order and not your usual breakfast staples even though the names sounded the same. They served the best corned beef hash I have ever eaten, true shredded beef and cooked to perfection. Not...

Great food, location, atmosphere, vibe, and staff. There are a few locations, but each feel unique and cafe/bistro-like. We did brunch - a great time (especially in patio season).
Should you wait for breakfast? If you go to Snooze, it's rare that you won't have to wait. The choice is yours.
Hostesses notoriously predict wait times that are not accurate. The hostess was off by quite a bit.
The menu offers a wide variety of options. If you cannot decide on which pancake you prefer, you can order 3...

You have a lot of choices on Pearl in Boulder. But we queued up at Snooze and were happy we did. For a Saturday brunch the wait was 25 minutes. An honest 25. But there are plenty of shops to keep you occupied, plus the sunshine and mountains and people watching.
The sort of retro vibe is clean, fresh and...

Don't waste your time or money. Definitely not worth the hype or the long wait. The food was fair, but it was lukewarm when it got to the table thereby rendering it barely edible. Then there was that stuff at the bottom of my water glass. There are so many other options on Pearl St that I wished I would...

Face it: anywhere worth going for breakfast (especially in Boulder) will have a wait. Snooze is worth hanging around for (or shop while you wait, or talk with friends, or get free coffee). The waitress was very cheerful, despite it being packed, and the food was delicious and didn't take very long. Their menu is extensive, and since it's Boulder...

They try too hard. Funky is fun, especially with breakfast food, but this is over the top and not in a good way. And it is not cheap. but it was fun. Not really worth the long wait.
I am a local and have eaten here around 10 times since they opened. It has always been with other people who suggest it, because really I have never had a very good experience there. But, after my last experience, I definitely will not be going back.
First, the positives. Snooze is the hippest, coolest place in town to have...

We went to Snooze as our last Boulder vacation meal. I had been told it was among Boulder's best. The wait was long... About 45 min but we shopped across the street so that wasn't bad. The food was solid... I had a 3 egg scramble (eggs were organic cage free so tasty!) with goat cheese, poblano pepper and avocado....
