I come here often and the restaurant always has vegetarian eggs benedict that are a well composed and unique dish (not your standard tomato and spinach that you will find in most restaurants), and not spicy. Pancakes are also very tasty, and several other dishes can be made vegetarian without too much change. Eggs benedict are my favorites though. The... More

But, go as early as you can to get in without the wait. Great breakfast food. I had the build your own omelette - but next time I'm going for one of the eggs benedict dishes!

We love Snooze for so many reasons. The staff is always terrific, the food deliciously creative and the vibe is fun! Arrive when it opens to avoid a long wait..especially on the weekends.

I went for my birthday and honestly it was underwhelming. Our food was not cooked well and somewhat tasteless. The waiter seemed shocked that we dare return the food and acted totally rude and put out. The food is just not good enough for this much attitude.

You can make yourself go dizzy in boulder finding a place to eat..There all great.but when its time for breakfast Snooze is the place to be when the sun is rising. But don't take my word for it just go.Another worthy mention is Tangerines.

Surprised in a hip town like Boulder a chain could be #1. I ate at the bar. Service was good. Friendly staff. Very interesting menu. My breakfast was ok. They were out of polenta cakes for my dish. I got toast instead. One thing I didn't care for was their potato cake. Tasted like processed potato shreads pressed into a... More

The french toast is incredible. We loved that you can switch out items for a pancake if you are ordering eggs. The coffee was very tasty. Good service. I wish we had a Snooze back home.

the service was good and the food was as good as all the locals said it would be. We went twice... left the first time because of the long wait but walked right in at 8 am on Sunday morning. Fair prices.

Breakfast is not only the most important meal of the day, it is also my favorite. Snooze delivered beyond my expectations! I had the Breakfast Pot Pie and was blown away! The restaurant itself is clean, comfortable and cool. Although it's a franchise (we ate at the Snooze in Denver a few days before), you wouldn't know it. It is... More

Snooze always seems to have a wait in the morning so I recommend arriving early. If you are faced with a wait, the breakfast is absolutely worth it. I highly recommend the AM Manhattan or champagne on tap to start. Everything we tried was excellent, especially the chorizo.
