Snooze has a great concept -- exceptional breakfast choices, from the traditional to the unusual, done in a trendy, pleasing environment. Expect a wait -- could be up to an hour at various times; we only waited ten minutes in Boulder, but about 50 minutes in Denver. Didn't matter -- the food and experience are well worth it. They'll text... More

The food was awesome, I had the Snooze Spuds Deluxe and my wife had the pancake flight. Erin our server was excellent. She was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgable. There was about a 45 min wait but they took our number and sent us a text message when our table was ready. That was very convenient allowing us to walk... More

It was worth the wait. We tried to have breakfast here during the weekend but they had an hour wait. Today we sat at the counter and there was no wait. I ordered the chilaquiles Benedict and my boyfriend ordered the ham Benedict we ate every bit of it. The varied hollandaise sauces really makes these Benedict's stand out. Definitely... More

This place, like the one in Denver, always has a wait for a table. Nice thing is that they will text you when your table is available so you can walk around Pearl street. The menu is not your typical breakfast fare. I had ' green eggs and hamwich' and my partner had corned beef hash. Both of us really... More

We had heard that Snooze was the new hip place for Breakfast in Boulder, and it did not disappoint. As some here have pointed out, if there's a wait, they will take your name and number and text you when your table becomes available. This was a nice touch as it was a beautiful morning, and hanging out on Pearl... More

You need to wait, but it's worth it. Everything on the menu is tempting, hard to choose. Service is friendly and professional. Highly recommend when in Boulder!

Having been to the Snooze in Denver several times, we wanted to take my husband to this one. The food was good but not quite as good as what we had in Denver. The service was better than average but again not quite as good as Denver. There was a wait here but not too terrible and since they text... More

Right on the Pearl Street Mall, this fun and retro design eatery specializes in breakfast food. With a fun atmosphere I had the carmel pecan pancakes. They are an entire plate size and stacked in two. I saw other plates with a variety of delicious generous portions being served. The presentation was lovely, and the food delicious. Several other fun... More

I am a big breakfast fan and always keep an eye out for something fresh and new so, when Snooze came to town, I had to try it. While there are some fun foods on the menu like breakfast tacos this place shines of your a hollandaise fan. Overall the service is good and the food is ok but, I... More

Snooze is really popular - as evidenced by the lines to get in. Personally, I am underwhelmed. The service is very indifferent - white toast was provided instead of the whole wheat toast ordered, coffee refills were not volunteered. The food was so-so - the eggs were overcooked and the berries were not fresh. In terms of menu, Snooze is... More
