fair warning...this place gets jam packed. we put our name down and had a good 45 min to an hour to wander around. they text you when your table is ready which is helpful. they rave about their coffee, but to me it wasnt anything crazy good. food on the other hand was awesome....breakfast burrito with pulled pork, cinnamon roll... I had the Bangkok bloody mary and it was the best bloody mary I've ever had! Perfectly spicy, not too thick. Their food was fabulous as well. Snooze is a GREAT breakfast spot. We showed up just past 9:30 on a Saturday morning and had an hour wait to be seated; but was well worth it with plenty of shops... More

This is a super fun/modern breakfast spot. Always be prepared that there is going to be a wait when you get there..but it is WORTH IT! They will text you when they are preparing your table so after you walk around Pearl St. you will be ready for some delicious food. They have delicious Bloody Mary's so I suggest one... More

My adult daughter and her husband recommended we have breakfast at Snooze one morning in Boulder. We waited for approximately an hour on a busy Saturday morning as we’d expected. There was plenty of shops to explore during the wait. Our table ordered two drinks (Rocky Mtn Mule and Morning Dew) along with OJ and coffee. The drinks were both... More

My wife went to Colorado for our 35th wedding anniversary and stopped by Snooze for lunch on our way back to Denver airport. When we checked in we were told there was a forty minute wait. While we waited they asked where we were from and why we were visiting and we told them about our anniversary. They offered us... More

We were on a trip around the west and had the most scrumptious breakfast imaginable . Although there were only 2 of us, we ordered a bit more than we could finish so we could try a few things. Everything was great; pineapple upside down pancakes, "egg pot pie", hash browns and French toast . The coffee was also delicious... More

My husband and I were traveling from Denver to Steamboat Springs and decided to stop off in Boulder for brunch. We had read about Snooze and the feedback was very positive. We arrived on a Saturday shortly after 11am and the wait for an outside table was 45 minutes to an hour. We decided we could wait and were asked... More

Located on Pearl St in downtown Boulder, Snooze takes fine dining and smashes it with breakfast. Due to our daughter waking up at 6am while visiting we arrived promptly at opening to watch the place fill within a half hour and by the time we finished the wait was an hour. The food was amazing. We had a pancake flight-awesome!... More

I love food, but am not a fan of trending food, so when a friend want to take us to Snooze for breakfast, I was leary. Some of the menu wasn't up my alley, but I chose the Quinoa bowl for breakfast, and was pleased and surprised to finds a tastely alternative meal for breakfast. Snooze was cute.... It had... More

Snooze is a great place for out-of-the-ordinary breakfast and lunch fare. Try a couple of the benedicts (you can mix 'em up) or have desert for breakfast in the form of stuffed French toast...all is great! The only downside - Snooze is super popular which means be prepared for a looong wait, especially on the weekends.
