This is a very busy place so get there early, we only waited 20 minutes on a Saturday morning. I ordered the Benedict, and it was good but the hollandaise was cool and seemed like it had been sitting for a bit before brought out from the kitchen. When the bill came it was $28.00 and some change. Laid $40.00... More

Genuinely cheerful waitstaff. Fabulous funky soulful music that add to the vibe and feeling you want to hang there for quite a while. A pineapple upside down pancake-really? Awesome-light-not too sweet nor too pineappley. Eggs Benedict-5 star! Hash browns beyond belief....veggies cooked perfect in my omelette-I can only gush...beyond superb!! Go!

We enjoyed a snowy morning trip to Snooze. There was almost no wait, likely due to the new snow. The atmosphere was fantastic. Very cool. Very Boulder. It is very laid back and welcoming. We ate at the bar, which was better than I expected. The pineapple upside down pancake was amazing! Eggs Benedict was also very good. Great place... More

Went to this brakfast establishment on my second day in Boulder. I had the breakfast burito which was enough food for three people.. This choice had just the perfect amount of heat. I added sliced avocado. The service was really good as well.

The design of the restaurant is mid-century with a smile and it is always busy. Great young crowd and you can always sit at the bar if you don't want to wait. The service is excellent and the menu unique and interesting. There were about six ways they make eggs benedict which I love and I couldn't make up my... More

This restaurant is totally a breakfast experience. There's a wait but they provide water and coffee for the wait. The menu has so many creative flavors and they encourage you to make up your own flavor. I had the pineapple upside down pancakes and the pineapple was so flavorful and made for a great pancake. They serve fresh squeezed juice,... More

I ate breakfast/brunch here five times while I was in Boulder and was never disappointed. The food was delicious and inventive every time, whether it was the omelettes, the french toast with marscapone, or my favorite, the huevos rancheros. The staff was hard working but always friendly and attentive. New Year's Day the staff all wore pajamas to show that... More

Probably the best name for a breakfast/brunch establishment! Went here on Vacation on Memorial Weekend and my cousin recommended this place for their breakfast/brunch fix and was astounded! Since I'm sucker for anything Red Velvet, they had Red Velvet pancakes with Cream Cheese Icing and was in heaven. The pancakes were just as fluffy and chewy as they can be... More
