Best Ice cream and Gelato....

Glacier ice cream did a Sundae bar at my daughter's wedding. The ice cream and Gelato were wonderful and Daniel Arkles was great to work with.

The gelato here was amazing. So many flavors to choose from. Everyone in our party of 7 found something yummy!

I'm not a real ice cream fan but this is worth driving for! We had our ice cream in Buena Vista. The Jamaican coconut was awesome!

$7.50 for a tiny 1-scoop cone and kids size dollop of ice cream in a cup. Major Over priced! The ice cream is not bad, but not worth the homemade hype. Inside it's like sitting in a store room. This place need a major make over. Save your time and money and just go done the street to DQ

This place was so good it pleased four people with four different flavors: Strawberry Lemonade, Butter Pecan, Chocolate Mousse Gelato, and Coconut Chocolate Melt. My only complaint is that we left the next day before we could have more. Also has regular flavors for the less adventurous.

Glacier has two stands on Pearl Street, and we stop for Glacier ice cream every time we are on Pearl. It is some of the best ice cream we have ever had. Not cheap, but worth every penny. It is also sold in several stores around town.

This is seriously good ice cream. We live nearby and really enjoy stopping in for a cup, or cone of this ice cream. My personal favorite, is the coconut lime, but they have, as do all good ice cream shops, tasting spoons and friendly service.

Stopped by for an afternoon ice cream- recommended by the gal at Celestial Seasoning tea factory. They had the best flavors (unusual ones) and the quality is creamy and rich! $5 for 2 scoops- but they have regulaar sized spoons for taste testing -so go for it!

staff has no knowledge of products. I am lactose intolerant, and was happily told that besides typical sherbert, the chocolate sorbet is dairy free! I was so happy to get chocolate again - then SICK AS A DOG the entire next day missing a day of vacation. I called this ice cream shop to ask AGAIN if there was dairy... More

This place has been a treat for years - our go-to place and we're lucky enough to have it in the neighborhood. It's very easy to get to on 28th Street. Not much seating inside. Probably a dozen chairs and four tables outside for warmer weather. There are always 30+ flavors of ice cream and a couple dozen of gelato.... More
