What a great surprise! We were a group of eight friends that stopped by this place to have ice cream and we were really happy we did. I had a delicious waffle cone with Jamaica coconut and one of us had the stracciatella gelato; we were both very impressed.

Our family of six loves ice cream, and Glacier makes our "top 5" list with it's delicious variety of flavors and creamy texture. Cinnamon cookie dough, double dark chocolate, mint oreo, peanut butter chocolate, nutella, banana pudding...the flavors vary, and all are delicious. Thankfully you can pick at least two. We will definitely return if we are in the area.

Is this the best ice cream I've ever had? No, but it's delicious! I enjoyed a cup on Pearl Street Mall and it was a great treat. Lots of flavors at the stand, but not crazy flavors. Definitely give it a try and sit down to enjoy while doing some people watching.

We shared a scoop of lemon on a sunny afternoon. It was light and fluffy and not too lemony. A great treat. Not the best ice cream I've had, but it was very good.

Whoever said it does not compare to east coast ice cream has no taste! I am from upstate New York and there is no comparison, this ice cream is a cloud in a cup, u seriously have dreams about it! The peanut butter flavors rein supreme.

If you are used to east coast ice cream straight from the farm this ice cream does not compare. I actually prefer Ben and Jerry's. If it was not a local business I am not sure that it would stay in Boulder.

A little overwhelmed by so many great favors at the main store... What a nice problem! I went with a more chocolate and nut theme while my daughter got fruit based favors... All were great. We went back a second time during my visit and felt the gelato was not as good as the regular ice cream. Will definitely return... More

Glacier is my favorite go to place for rich creamy ice cream in Boulder. My favorite flavors are the Coffee Caramel Crunch which has a coffee base, caramel and oreo cookies in it. Yum, I always ask for this flavor in my ice cream birthday cake which Glacier also makes. Fav for my husband is Pralines and Cream. Butter Pecan... More

Stopped at Glacier based on the reviews and definitely thought it was a good choice.  The coffee caramel crunch ice cream was so deliciously coffee-y and didn't skimp on mix ins and flavor.  I initially thought the portions were a bit small, but it was plenty of ice cream when it had so much flavor. Minus one star for flat,... More

Found this place on Trip Advisor. Decided to go to the store instead of the stand on Pearl Street - best decision. There were many more options and flavors - everyone is very friendly and most importantly, the ice cream and gelato was great. Flavors were unique - not the typical ones you see in Baskin-Robbins or the grocery store.... More
