This is another happening spot in Boulder which might be reason enough to go there. The mix and match no gmo bar is worth checking out. But the food thinks it's better than it is. The service depends on who you get. The Toms burger is always good. The rest is spotty. Be careful if they seat you in the... More

Ate their burger with homemade fries and ketchup too. Sat outside on Pearl watching all the people, walking past. Wonderful organic food. A must try!

I doubt this restaurant is a secret, but in a city that seems to be building quite a reputation for foodies, this is one place I'd give my vote to. The lunch we had was fresh, it was tasty, the service was excellent and we left totally pleased with our choice.

Right at an intersection, so ate inside as noisy outside. Lunch meal was nothing special although tried to get something simple and similar to the former Tom's tavern. Fair service although seemed to try hard. Some wait for water and to place order. Actually thought we might get up and leave. Really would not go again as Boulder has tons... More

We arrived on a Sunday evening without reservations and were given a choice of outside or chef side bar. We chose the bar and I am so glad we did. The chef was very nice and fun to talk with. Our server was adorable! Everything was so fresh and quick to come. I had a burger and it was amazing!... More

The food, drinks and bar service were a special treat during a recent happy hour visit to Salt. Part of the fun is a mix and match cocktail choice called Elements. You choose the flavor and spirit and the barkeep expertly handles the rest. We'll definitely return.

We were a group of six who visited SALT on a week night for dinner. We had reservations, which were quickly honored. We had a cozy booth near the open kitchen, which was good for conversation. Those were the good points. Our server seemed very anxious, unsure and disorganized. Our drinks came very slowly. When we asked about specials for... More

The reviews on Salt seemed to be mixed lately, but we had never been and decided to try it. Very glad we did! The create-your-own cocktail combination was a fun option -didn't even mean to have a cocktail but then decided to try something. The food was all very tasty, nicely presented, and creatively combined (tuna with cucumbers and melon... More

Food was just superb in a fun atmosphere, with attentive service. Good selection of local brews too.

I liked the unique options and combinations. Food presentation was excellent and staff was attentive to every need. There were some hits and misses at our table. Burger was subpar but staff did suggest to diner that they should order something else and the evening special was a fatty piece of meat. Others loved their meals and appetizers were excellent....
