I ordered the tomato soup and quiche - surprisingly, I needed salt and there was none to be found! The waitress brought some over mid-meal which was ironic. I enjoyed the brunch here and look forward to trying dinner!

Had some tasty and unusual cocktails made by a personable, professional and fun bartender. The gluten free bread is good and a nice companion to the cheese appetizers (small portions) and pig confit. Our daughter ordered the Wagu beef special. We had the seafood with a rich tomato gravy sauce and free form ravioli (flat noodles) and Colorado striped bass... More

SALT is nothing like Tom's Tavern, and that's OK, but I do miss Tom's. And Tom, though I didn't really know him. I occasionally get the Tom's Burger at SALT but it's nothing like the old burger. Not that it's bad, it's just different. Big, juicy and served on an even bigger bun. We enjoy eating at the "Chef's Bar"... More

which was what was here before (I'm not a hamburger fan, but Salt has a Tom's Tavern burger for those who dislike change...). I've only been to Salt for lunch, but each time it was amazing food and friendly, prompt service. For lunch, Salt has a farm-to-table special that is appetizer, smaller entrée, and petit dessert for not much. YUM.... More

Hit or miss spot. Either great food and service or a complete miss. Overpriced for what it is. Good for breakfast, but service gets slower as the day progresses.

We've eaten here several times now and are never disappointed. SALT always has fresh, creative dishes that taste amazing. Sit at the counter to watch them cook if you want an extra treat while you eat. It's great for couples or groups. Creative cocktails, attentive service, and amazing food-- you can't go wrong!

The bistro is very cute with fantastic ambience. Staff is extremely accommodating and pleasant. The executive chef even came out to chat with us. Salads are fantastic.

Went here for nibbles upon arriving to boulder. The cocktail menu was very different but I liked it. Picking your preferred spirit, then an infused flavoring (all sounded great) and then how you like it served (rocks, micky, etc) was fun. Fries with house catsup were perfectly done and the small bite desert was the perfect proportion! Prices seem fair... More

We came upon this little gem and decided to give it a try. All organic and home made. I had organic. Chicken pot pie and my friend had Mahi tacos. It was fantastic! Great bloody Mary's too!

delicious appies and cocktails. Out of 8 of us, two had entrees they couldn't eat. Steak was too tough, pork too salty
