We visited SALT recenetly for a business dinner. Unfortunately, we didn't get reservations so we waited almost an hour before getting seated (on a Tuesday night). The restaruant is in a fun part of town and I love the historic feel to the area. The food was good - but not that memorable.

I went there on a business trip and had a great meal. Fine food with local natural type food. Great atmosphere and service. Convenient location to the Pearl Street Mall. Definitely recommend!

We sat outside as the wait to be seated inside was over an hour. Our corner table was crowded and waitstaff constantly bumbing into our chairs. Food mediocre not bad but nothing special. Fish was greasy as were the french fries. Lamb burger strong in taste and again fries greasy. Special of day Brisket was the best choice served with... More

This is my favorite hometown restaurant, whether with my husband for lunch at the bar upstairs or drinks in the basement with friends. All of the food is excellent and I love the atmosphere.

We've experienced salt before, hit and miss. Last weeks dinner with our friends was just awful, steaks severely undercooked and so fatty we couldn't cut thru them. Seafood combo was at best just ok, service just really bad. We don't know how this restaurant possibly keeps afloat and we're sure it won't last long.

Salt used to be one of our "go-to" places in Boulder - a place we could take anybody and they would be impressed, a place that we could go and just relax, knowing that the delicious food would be along shortly. Our last few visits however have been less than stellar. I don't know if they have new management or... More

SALT is perfect for local, healthy cuisine. But beyond that, they have the most amazing 'Lavender Martini' that is to die for!

I love the food, the bar, the small plates, the location, the atmosphere but wowzer, every time I come to SALT I find the staff of waitrons to have their noses up in the air! Why so arrogant, folks? Does it hurt to actually "serve" your customers or must you always seems to be put out or pained? Sorry but... More

Went here with 3 friends and we all thought our meal was so so. One of my friends even sent the special back- a risotto - it was so bitter she couldn't eat it. The best part was our waiter- very accommodating. All of us were bummed we ate here.

we had a perfectly good meal here seated at the chef's bar. Very friendly service, delicious cocktails, good food. Overall a nice meal, just not the food nirvana so many have indicated. If you are on Pearl St, do stop by.
