The same chef as my favorite restaurant in the area, Cultera in Niwot, but doesn't have the same flair. The menu rarely is changed, and it is difficult to get into without a wait or reservation. The restaurant is convenient to Pearl street and the food is good. I am not sure I get the "fresh sea salt" draw but the blue corn fish tacos were great. I wasn't blown away with the service or food but I would visit again for a quick lunch.

A small restaurant and bar on Pearl street. There was plenty of interesting items on the menu for everyone. One of the more interesting items was Beet Wellington. Great play on words and a beautiful presentation. There were plenty of meat dishes for the carnivores at the table.

Refreshing real food. Quality service and a general demeanor of being well managed. We forget how good fresh and non-food service sourced food is...you feel better walking away.

The location is very lively and decorated with a lot of taste, leaving the old brick walls apparent. The menu is essentially local and fresh products making the offer quite seasonal. The steak frites with asparagus is to recommenx together with a choice from the nice wine list

For Mother's Day we were able to get reservations at Salt. We were taken downstairs to a great little area that sat larger parties. The cocktails were varied and worth the price. The Crab Cake Benedict was very good. We loved the atmosphere.

From the selection of beers and appetizer pairings to the entrees, SALT is an incredible dining experience. An absolute must! Grab a seat by the window to enjoy passerby on Pearl Street. Pair the Brie and blueberry with the prosciutto and blackberry. Truly delicious! Shrimp and angel hair is incredible. The pasta is made in-house!

I have heard about Salt for a while now and went with a group of female friends for a birthday dinner. The food was truly delightful and to be savored. The portions were small and it was pricey so be prepared for that. Our waiter was delightful and attentive. They offered two free desserts since two of us were celebrating... More

I've been to SALT a number of time- every time I visit Boulder actually. I must admit that my wife and I have yet to have a full dinner there, but we will eventually. What always has us coming back is their bar. We love the knowledgeable staff, the selection, and the creativity. The idea of helping patrons tailor their... More

Great little place to dine while you are in Boulder. Locals and visitors alike seem to love this place. Service was excellent. The beer-local beer, that is-and the local gin were fantastic. Their vegetarian option was delicious.
