Excellent meal and service!!

This was my favorite restaurant while traveling to Beaver Creek. I am home now and I am yearning for their churros and hot fudge sauce and their bread basket with spreads. The ambience was nice and the service was tops but the food was best I've had in a while! You must go while your here!

Our visit to Grouse Mountain Grill ranks right up at the top of my list of favorites...ever. We always check Trip Advisor before taking a trip, and once again, it paid off. We visited on my wife's birthday because it was so highly recommended. We were thrilled with that decision. For appetizers, she had a Caesar salad and I chose... More

My husband and I had dinner there with my parents. They made a mistake with our reservation and had us down for the following week, which can happen as we are all human. We were in BC for only one week and we made reservations only a few days ahead, but they mistakenly put us down for the following Thursday.... More

There are a wide variety of food outlets at the Grouse Mountain Complex. If you wish to eat and go there is plenty of choice or if you wish to dine in a great environment you will not be disappointed.

It is easy to see how you might confuse Grouse Mountain Grill in Beaver Creek, Colorado with Grouse Mountain in Vancouver. You are not the first to do so! When you are in Beaver Creek, come see us. We would love for you to experience our Colorado menu- it is amazing! More

Somewhat in the shadow of Splendido and Mirabelle, Grouse Mountain Grill provides credible dinners, reasonably priced in the overall context of Beaver Creek pricing, in a more relaxed atmosphere than it's two high end cousins. Locals like the place because it's chance for good dining and conversation, within Beaver Creek, in a more casual setting. In this, Grouse Mountain compares... More

From the brussel spouts starter to the desserts, our meal was extraordinary. Appetizers and entrees that I’ve never seen on a menu make for a unique evening. The drinks were solid variations on established items. Eating here was the best meal of our week long trip.

Fabulous food and impeccable service. One of the guests pronounced it the best pork chop he EVER had. I had the trout. Wonderful. Yes, this is a go

We read reviews of Grouse Mountain before we booked a reservation and read words like "mind-blowing" and "revelation" and all the EPIC hyperbole we seem to enjoy throwing around these days. I half-heartedly dismissed the "highs" and "lows" thinking it would be just fine. I was wrong—they're all accurate. This restaurant is a fine-tuned machine of hospitality, kindness, amazing cuisine,... More
