My husband enjoyed his meal (especially the lobster bisque which he said was the best he'd had), but it wasn't my kind of cuisine. The bison ribs I ordered were very gamey (as to be expected I suppose) and the portion was on the small side, but my husband's pork was a considerable portion (and tasted gamey as well, not... More

Have been to Splendido many times before, but this was our first time at Grouse. Was just as good if not better. Originally, had intended to eat seafood just around the corner from our condo in Lionshead, but when I questioned the hostess at the restaurant in Lionshead if there were any specials that night, she became rather impolite. Hence... More

My fiancé and I are having our wedding at the Pines Lodge in July and the Grouse Mountain Grill are providing the food. What we had couldn't possibly have been a tasting, it was a feast! One item was better than another and it will be hard to make choices. The staff went above and beyond and I am at... More

My wife and I had a late dinner here late in the ski season, and we both were expecting a worn out crew and a worn out menu itching to go home for the evening. We grossly underestimated this place. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable, the somm knew the extensive wine list inside and out and was able to... More

A firm family favourite. Always excellent food and outstanding service. The bar is great even just for a quick night cap.

Duffy and the entire team made this meal memorable. Everything we had was delicious, but the service really put this venue over the top.

My wife & I dined here on 29-March and enjoyed an unsurpassed dining experience. We both had the Maine Lobster "appetizer" - in two words, "unbelievably delicious"! For the entree', she enjoyed the Colorado Striped Bass - I took on the Bison Braised Short Ribs - we agreed that both were brilliantly prepared. That being said, neither of us could... More

Live music, good food, pleasant atmosphere. Acoustically difficult but not by NYC standards. Pricey but no worse than a good meal in any major city.

Wow. Went in late one night for a last minute night out and was blown away - fantastic menu, everything was tasty and well priced! Great cocktails and piano/live music scene too. Try the pretzel pork chops - you won't be disappointed!

The menu is unique with mountain/local favorites. The wine selection is sublime. The crispy brussle sprouts are a must!
