Our first trip to Colorado and we could not have been more pleased ... the weather was spectacular and our first evening out was at Grouse Mountain Grill. It was the first warm night of summer and we were the only ones on the patio overlooking the Beaver Creek ski resort as the sun set. The wine, desert and our... more

We recently went to the Grouse Mountain Grill on 3/18/09. The food was excellent. I highly suggest the Veal chop. It is 12 ounces of love and if you are a vegan then one taste of this and you won't be any more. My wife usually has seafood and she had the lamb shank. Charcoaled on the outside and cooked... more

My boyfriend and I have dined here a couple of times late last year. We love it. Excellent pork chops and the onion appetizer is excellent. Lovely setting - quite romantic! Would definitely recommend. more

Amazingly great food in a really comfortable setting - with skilled, experienced staff. All the dishes we tried were unique and perfectly prepared. Lobster/mascarpone, sablefish, pork chops were best ever. more

Expect to get the best food in Beaver Creek but the servers have a serious attitude problem they probably came from Splendidos. Maybe Beaver Creek has had too many East Coast snobs and have ruined the server's attitudes but they were overly rude and not nearly as friendly as other places with less expensive food. On the positve side the... more

Grouse Mountain never fails to excel in fabulous food and service. We are homeowners in Beaver Creek and this is our favorite restaurant while visiting there. The view and food are excellent. more

Having enjoyed several fine meals here in 2000-2001, I brought my family of eight here again today (Feb. 27, 2007). What a disappointment. The food was almost universally awful. We had to send back the cod (how often does a restauarnat screw up cod???), and the chef's favorite dish, duck was way oversalted. Lobster appetizers were unappetizing. When we complained... more

My husband and I chose the Grouse Mountain Grill at the recommendation of two concierge at the Ritz Carlton who said this was their fav restaurant in town. We were not disappointed. We arrived early to have a drink at the bar and the pianist arrived to get ready for the evening. After the pianist struck up a conversation with... more

I'm a 35 year old woman. Fairly well traveled. I ate at Grouse Mt. Grill with my mom, my 41 year old sister, her hubby, my 39 year old brother, his wife, my husband, and seven kids (ages: 9,8,7,6,5,4, & 2)!!! Every single one of us LOVED it! As you can imagine, between us we tried just about everything on... more

GREAT PLACE TO DINE!!!!!! We were in town just before season started for our anniversary, they had a special that was $34 per person, which included an appetizer, entree, and dessert. What a deal, for a place that you can't get an entree in season for $34 someone told us. UMMM, that meal was really good. I would recommend going,... more
