Enjoy panoramic views, contemporary Colorado cuisine, award winning wine menu, fantastic service and live dinner music. A crackling fireplace sets the mood. Chef David Gutowski was recently invited to present dinner at The James Beard House in Manhattan where he cooked each course with Colorado meats, cheeses fish and produce. The dinner was sold out before it hit the calendar. Come and enjoy the cuisine of this rising star!

I keep coming back and I always have a great dinner

I have been going to this restaurant since the early 90's. The menu has changed but the food, service and general ambiance still are excellent. I travel all over the world and this is one of the best dining experiences I have ever had.

The Brussels sprouts are out of this world. Everything was served to perfection from food to wine and the atmosphere was simply wonderful!

Great food, fabulous wine list, best brandy alexander I have ever had - And treat yourself to fine jazz by Tony G. Easily one of my favorite places in the world!

This is our first time in a skiing place. The town is beautiful like a perfect picture card. Yes, in general is an expensive place, but as I said is worth it. The restaurant is small, with good atmosphere (check when the piano man goes), comfortable and the service is good. We ate the pork, the mushroom pasta and the... More

Exquisite food and great service. Probably the best hotel restaurant in Beaver Creek. Great atmosphere for drinks and social time too.

I had the Elk, my fiancé had the lamb. We couldn't decide which was better or if we had ever had a better meal. Expensive, yes, but money well spent!

We have eaten here several times and always enjoy it. The pork chop was fantastic and it was a great idea for us to split it. The service was great but a little rushed. We had to ask for them to slow down. We had a great view. The only downside was the dessert. We had the chocolate mint sorbet.... More

The Grouse mountain grill has instantly become one of my favorite restaurants! Yes, it is expensive but compared to NYC where I have had several excellent meals, the GMG is easily superior. I had the elk my daughters had the pork chop and the ravioli both were excellent. I don't like kale but I had the local greens, which was... More

This was my first time dining at GMG and I must say that I left impressed. The restaurant is located in the Pines Lodge hotel and parking is valet only. The atmosphere is great. The classic look and dimmed lights allow for a relaxed ambiance; and, of course, Tony G. is just an incredibly talented musician that knows how to... More

I ATE DINNER THERE 6 OUT OF 7 NIGHTS on my last trip! And that's all the review that is necessary! I can't wait to eat there again-- I travel all over the world and this is some of the best food I've ever eaten.
