We chose Grouse Mountain Grill based on its excellent reviews on TripAdvisor and we were no disappointed. I had the elk tenderloin, done medium rare, and it was the best I've had anywhere. My wife ordered the pretzel encrusted pork chop and thought it was excellent, although the polenta was a little salty for her taste. She had the pumpkin... More

Highly recommended for both food and service! Service was very attentive but not intrusive. Management sincerely cared about the diners experience. Our server was helpful with great suggestions on meals and parings. I had the Elk, which was cooked perfectly. My husband had the pasta - amazing. For appetizers we had the tater tots, the egg and the steak tartare.... More

Two of us had dinner there and just loved it. We had the tater tots and brussel sprouts for appetizers and then I had the pretzel encrusted pork chop for my entree - Yum!! For wine selections we were given an ipad which had all of their available wine by the glass and by the bottle with tasting notes and... More

This place is awesome. We had the lobster appetizer, elk tenderloin, and the Pork chop. Everything was absolutely delicious. We also had breakfast here and it was average buffet breakfast, but overpriced for the choices.

Everything from the Bass Tartar appetizer to the pumpkin mouse with marshmallow ice cream was phenomenal. I can't even begin to describe the pretzel crusted pork chop. Sounded a little strange but trust me it is out of this world! Impeccable service as well.

The husband and I stay in a condo in the Pines Lodge which hosts Grouse Mountain Grill so this is typically our go to restaurant during the holiday season. The food is always to the highest quality and I was delighted that on NYE's the restaurant even supplied little party trinkets which was a wonderful addition to welcome in the... More

My husband and I recently traveled to Vail Valley for a post Christmas and birthday trip. After reading many reviews, we decided to come to Grouse Mountain Grill. I'm so glad we did! The view was so nice (tons of snow and twinkle lights!) and we were seated promptly. The service was fantastic and the food was fabulous. Our waiter... More

An outstanding dining experience a little out of the main village. Certainly worth the short walk or shuttle ride. Service was outstanding - knowledgable, attentive without being intrusive. The dinning room itself is well laid out, tables far enough away from each other (a rarity in BC) for proper conversation. The food and wine lists are fabulous. Excellent starter and... More

We went here for Christmas breakfast and loved the gorgeous holiday decor with the backdrop of a snowy scene outside the picture windows. The long log huge fireplace was a pleasure, the service was outstanding, and the food was very good. We had the breakfast sandwich. It was nothing fancy, but the croissant was fresh and the bacon was crisp.... More
