Description: Enjoy panoramic views, contemporary cuisine with a regional influence, award winning wine menu, fantastic service and live dinner music. A crackling fireplace sets the mood. Chef David Gutowski was recently invited to present dinner at The James Beard House in Manhattan where he cooked each course with Colorado meats, cheeses fish and produce. The dinner was sold out before it hit the calendar. Come and enjoy the cuisine of this rising star!

We enjoyed dinner at the Grouse Mountain Grill on a recent fall trip the mountians and were pleasantly surprised to find them offering a 3 for $39 fall special that included their whole menu. We enjoyed a little of everything (bison short ribs, pork chop, duck, and the striped bass), and everything was excellent. The flavors were blended beautifully and the... More

Had the Elk Meatloaf. FAB! Also the bar had a wonderful Manhattan. Ended with a lovely pumpkin creme brulee. Right in the heart of downtown Beaver Creek! Really nice atmosphere too.

I am so glad you enjoyed Restaurant Week! It sounds like you might have dined at Golden Eagle based on your specific food comments. They do a fantastic job with that dish! I am glad you enjoyed one of ther specialties. If you are in the area, we are currently running an Autumn 3 courses for $39. Come on in... More

My fiancé and I took our parents out for a thank-you dinner here. The food and the service were amazing. We did not need a reservation because it's a little quieter in the summer, which was perfect for us.

A hidden gem in Beaver Creek! The restaurant is inside of a hotel and so the atmosphere does not hold up to the quality of the food. However, the meal was so good, I forgot that it was too bright, too loud, and I was staring at the front desk for most of my meal! Good service from all staff... More

My husband and I had never eaten at Grouse Mountain Grill and upon the recommendation of our concierge at the Westin, decided to try it. We were overwhelmed with the food and service. I had the tenderloin and it was so tender it melted in your mouth. The sauce was delicious. Because the potatoes had gluten (I have celiac), I... More

The restaurant's Autumn special, three courses for $39 per person, made this well worth it. The portion sizes for this meal were pretty small but added together, we were satisfied. Without the special, my husband would have left the restaturant still hungry because we would likely have skipped the appetizers and shard a dessert. The waitress was very knowledgeable with... More

Grouse Mountain Grill has always been one of Vail Valleys best restaurants, this past season has been exceptional and the dessert menu, wow. If you are visiting the area and looking for friendly service and amazing dinning experience don't skip this one, you'll surely regret not going.

Located in exclusive Pine Lodge, pull up and valet park. Head right through lobby, you have arrived. Large bar area open to dining room, high ceilings make for a loud energetic atmosphere. If you're looking for a quiet, romantic evening, this is not the place. Do expect a lively enjoyable experience with food & a wine list over the top!... More

Words can't express how truly excellent the food is at Grouse Mountain Grill... You must go to Beaver Creek and try it! Nancy and her staff are professional and delightful. GMG organized and prepared my wedding menu, and every single guest raved about the food! Delicious appetizers, including my favorite: lobster mascarpone canapes, provided a good precursor to the salad... More
