Enjoyable evening and beautiful weather. Now for the food was awesome. Lamb is a must and if you love Brussels sprouts don't pass there's up. Um!

Our hotel, The Ritz Carlton at Bachelor Gulch, recommended this restaurant. It was superb! The food was delicious, American with a twist. To start we had pork belly on top of a very tasty cherry granola and delightful zucchini tater tots. For main dishes my pretzel coated pork chop was so yummy. The bison short ribs were also a favorite... More

Our concierge made reservations for us weeks in advance so that we could have a perfect view of the Beaver Creek Resort fireworks. When we arrived it was near empty and the hostess wanted to seat us by the front door. After asking to be moved to a quite table near the window, the evening began with the best service!... More

Over the last few years we have had many excellent meals at Grouse Mountain Grill, a beautiful restaurant located in Pines Lodge, but dinner there a couple of weeks ago approached perfection. Our foresome shared Parmesan Zucchini Tots with a buttermilk ramp sauce and Crisp Brussels Sprouts with bacon and maple gastric. These items from the "snacks" menu were so... More

Right under our nose, and we wouldn't have thought of it had it not been for TA. From the call for reservations, to the final goodnight, this place was fantastic. We are picky when it comes to restaurants, and one of my pet peeves is when they charge like this one does, but then don't deliver like this one does.... More

I have been eating here for more than 20 years. My recent experience was far from desirable. The food was acceptable but not outstanding. The service was ok at best. But when I was asked by the host on the way out " how was everything" and I did not respond in the usual way( good or excellent) , I... More

There is a reason Grouse Mountain Grill is rated number one in the Beaver Creek area, the food and the service. Everything that was ordered was beautifully presented and delicious. Our favorite dish, the walleye pike, was tender and perfectly prepared. The foie gras was melt in your mouth good and I haven't ever been a foie gras fan. Try... More

Thanks to the Grouse Mountain Grill staff for making the dinner a memorable one. The food and service were excellent. We made reservations with a side note that we ate there for our 30th anniversary in 2010 and we are back again for our 34th. Upon arrival, they reserved a table for us next to the patio door overlooking the... More

Food was very good and the Chef accommodated my wife's allergies without a blink of an eye. She thought is was better than the dish explained on the menu. Service was excellent. We have been before and will return again. Thanks for the great food and lovely night.

Our dinner at the Grouse Mountain Grill was truly exquisite. A table for two in front of open doors looking out on the mountains was the perfect setting for a perfect evening. I had the smoked duck - the best I've ever eaten anywhere. And the foie gras sausage was an excellent complement along with haricort verts. My wife had... More
