Great Mexican Food

The Coyote Cafe is one of my favorite restaurants in Beaver Creek. The staff is nice and friendly, and there is no attitude like there is at some restaurants in this area. Beaver Creek, not exactly roughing it as they say. With this comes a pretentious attitude at most of the restaurants in the 'Beav'. Not at the Coyote! Families, friends, visitors, locals...we're all the same at the Coyote! The staff is genuine, friendly, fun, and most of all, attentive without being pretentious! The Mexican cuisine is truly among the best you'll... More

We did a happy hour here after a long day of skiing. It was great....beer was cold and their soft tacos are very tasty. Perfect for a casual time after a long day.

Excellent place if you are looking for real Mexican food, not Tex-Mex dishes!....the Enchiladas with barbacoa are awesome, the chorizo tacos, the Barbacoa Taqueria is amazing...and for kids the Kids Menu is great!! If you like soups try the Green Chili or the Chicken Tortilla Soup....amazing place and a lot of fun!!

Skiing at Beaver Creek can be expensive if you don't pack your own lunch, but Coyote Cafe can provide some much needed relief. That's why the place is packed with locals, but don't let that intimidate you, all are welcome! This is always my lunch spot when I ski the Beav, and it's close to the lifts when you want... More

We always eat at Coyote Cafe but it is not that great of food. Being in Beaver Creek and paying the price of rent, you would expect more of a gourmet restaurant. The only dish that is worth a try is the trio of tacos. Other then that, it is not any different then any mexican food you would find... More

The food is not a Michelin star deserver but believe me, when you're hungry the Coyote Cafe will almost taste like haute cuisine. Tex-Mex with a great flavor and friendly service. Go for it!

We come to Beaver Creek regularly and had never stopped in at Coyote Cafe, which is a mix of mainly Mexican plus burgers/american. As it seemed to have pretty good reviews we decided to give it a try. Pricewise, for Beaver Creek, it's definitely more reasonable than most places - probably about the cheapest in the village (I was going... More
