A Meal Unlike Any Other in B.C.

Right at the entrance to Beaver Creek, Mirabelle feels like a relative's home you go to for a great home-cooked meal. The food is incredible, the staff is attentive, and the atmosphere is just what you need after a long day on the slopes. Would highly recommend

We celebrated our anniversary here & it had a great romantic vibe. The lobster bisque was savory & a large portion. The salmon was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. We also got the 4-course special which had our favorite dishes of the night which were the elk tenderloin & the scallops with puréed cream corn! Best sea scallops I have... More

We enjoyed a wonderful cocktail hour and dinner experience here just after the new year's festitives faded away. The service was impeccable, the menu was interesting, and our food was excellent. We found the "refined-rustic" ambiance delighted and truly enjoyed a great meal in an historic setting. Highly recommend!

I grew up in the Vail Valley and have always wanted to eat here. We finally made a reservation and were excited to give it a try. When we arrived, we noted it was a bit chaotic and that the bar (at the entry) was covered in dirty glasses, making it impossible (and undesirable) to sit there if you needed... More

We had scallops on a hot stone to start and a lobster bisque. The presentations is excellent. Game dishes are excellent : traditional elk of course medium rare with local veggies in Cabernet reduction sauce. Local lamb comes from 15 miles away. Very lean and not fatty at all and cook to perfection. Reasonable wine list. Price range I would... More

I brought my husband here for a special birthday dinner. They did not disappoint. I had a field green salad and beef tenderloin; my husband was more adventurous and had the tasting menu. The wait staff was amazingly attentive, but not intrusive. The owners are so kind and very committed to delivering a quality experience. We HIGHLY recommend this restaurant... More

When visitors arrive and ask us where we want to go for dinner Mirabelle is at the top of our list. The beef tartar appetizer was perfect, with some tasty greens and shredded carrots on top. My entree Dover Sole Meunière was so flavorful and tender. And desserts were awesome - the chocolate molten cake with pistachio ice cream was... More

We dine at the Mirabelle every year we spend a week in Vail during the summer. It's never cheap but it's always a thoroughly delightful experience. We both get the beef tenderloin and it's outstanding every time, cooked to perfection. Beautiful locale at the entrance to Beaver Creek. Excellent staff, outstanding experience each time.

This is a beautiful, elegant restaurant with a noted Belgium Chef. Highlights were Hudson Valley Fois Gras, Colorado Rack of Lamb and Tahitian Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee. Nice wine list but a bit pricey.

A small restaurant; you will need a reservation. The food was adequate; but we felt the ambiance lacking; our experience was marred by the people at the table next to us who were very loud; not the restaurants fault but you know where this is going.
