Make sure to sit outside. Weather permitted it's a perfect setting. The sound of the creek and very good food makes it a perfect evening. Bruce has been there for over 10 years and really knows how the food is prepared. 4 course meal is very good. Also the duck is outstanding.

This gem is located just inside the gated entrance to Beaver Creek. We sat downstairs at the bar and enjoyed a few cocktails with dinner. Chef/Owner Daniel Joly stopped by and chatted with us for a few minutes (we visited during the shoulder season, which was perfect). He was very warm and has a fantastic personality. The wine selection is... More

The service was great. The atmosphere lovely. The food wasz ho-hum. My husband had the tasting menu. I had foie gras and their house special sole. His first course lobster salad was totally dull devoid of any flavor. The foie gras with a sautern was quite good. His second course was also some bland fish. His main entree was veal..he... More

Thank you, Bruce, for helping to make our family dinner an over-the-top experience for everyone. Our 10-top included four children under the age of 10, a set of grandparents (the hosts for the meal) and four 40'something adults. My husband and I are the foodies in the crew, the others were looking for a great meal. Bruce's expertise as a... More

Took family of 5 for dinner . High prices. Good was very good . Service average. Went there because family wanted soufflé for dinner which they are apparently known for. When time to order desert came. Waiter said "oh that will be a 20 minute process if that's what you want." We left

My wife and I had a great date night with a meal fit for a foodie. The duck was fantastic and Dover Sole is the most popular fish. The prices are a little high, but for where you are not bad. Service was helpful and very friendly. Wine list was good and desserts were okay. Not really creative on the... More

This is by far the best meal I've ever had & I’ve eaten all over the world! Our friend's son is the souse chef there so we had to try this restaurant. I’ve tried to describe how wonderful it was but all I was able to say was, “Oh my!” Our first course was Dover Soul in a crisp potato... More

Right at the entrance to Beaver Creek, Mirabelle feels like a relative's home you go to for a great home-cooked meal. The food is incredible, the staff is attentive, and the atmosphere is just what you need after a long day on the slopes. Would highly recommend

We celebrated our anniversary here & it had a great romantic vibe. The lobster bisque was savory & a large portion. The salmon was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. We also got the 4-course special which had our favorite dishes of the night which were the elk tenderloin & the scallops with puréed cream corn! Best sea scallops I have... More
