Enjoy a little history and some French cuisine in a town full of contemporary food and modern style restaurants. The Chef from Belgium brings European flavors to his menu, and the restaurant is located in one of the few historic buildings in the Vail and Beaver Creek area. Visit in the summer and dine on the deck!

Some of the dishes were extraordinary- Michelin star worthy. There is true talent in the kitchen. I would call the service spotty but that would be slightly generous. The people are all nice but I guess it's hard to get waitstaff in this area that for fine dining. The soufflé pair ordering rule is a crass way to end the... More

SOUFFLE ALERT: MIRABELLE has had an unwritten souffle policy for years. Anyone can order souffles, but we don't advertise them and the waiters don't promote them because souffles are tricky at altitude and it takes a minimum of 20 minutes to prepare them. If you do order them, you need to order at least two at a time to make it... More

Mirabelle is a lovely restaurant in a park like setting at the bottom of the Beacer Creek resort in Avon CO. The staff is attentive and well trained. I had Dover Sole Which was moist and flavorful. The wine list is extensive and fairly priced. This is among the very best in the Vail Valley.

We had dinner here on our 30th wedding anniversary. The restaurant is housed in an old farm house just inside the gated entrance to Beaver Creek Resort. The atmosphere is wonderful for a romantic evening. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and wrote Happy Anniversary in chocolate on our dessert plates! The food was very good and we were... Make sure to sit outside. Weather permitted it's a perfect setting. The sound of the creek and very good food makes it a perfect evening. Bruce has been there for over 10 years and really knows how the food is prepared. 4 course meal is very good. Also the duck is outstanding.

This gem is located just inside the gated entrance to Beaver Creek. We sat downstairs at the bar and enjoyed a few cocktails with dinner. Chef/Owner Daniel Joly stopped by and chatted with us for a few minutes (we visited during the shoulder season, which was perfect). He was very warm and has a fantastic personality. The wine selection is... More

The service was great. The atmosphere lovely. The food wasz ho-hum. My husband had the tasting menu. I had foie gras and their house special sole. His first course lobster salad was totally dull devoid of any flavor. The foie gras with a sautern was quite good. His second course was also some bland fish. His main entree was veal..he... More

Thank you, Bruce, for helping to make our family dinner an over-the-top experience for everyone. Our 10-top included four children under the age of 10, a set of grandparents (the hosts for the meal) and four 40'something adults. My husband and I are the foodies in the crew, the others were looking for a great meal. Bruce's expertise as a... More
