When visitors arrive and ask us where we want to go for dinner Mirabelle is at the top of our list. The beef tartar appetizer was perfect, with some tasty greens and shredded carrots on top. My entree Dover Sole Meunière was so flavorful and tender. And desserts were awesome - the chocolate molten cake with pistachio ice cream was... More

We dine at the Mirabelle every year we spend a week in Vail during the summer. It's never cheap but it's always a thoroughly delightful experience. We both get the beef tenderloin and it's outstanding every time, cooked to perfection. Beautiful locale at the entrance to Beaver Creek. Excellent staff, outstanding experience each time.

This is a beautiful, elegant restaurant with a noted Belgium Chef. Highlights were Hudson Valley Fois Gras, Colorado Rack of Lamb and Tahitian Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee. Nice wine list but a bit pricey.

A small restaurant; you will need a reservation. The food was adequate; but we felt the ambiance lacking; our experience was marred by the people at the table next to us who were very loud; not the restaurants fault but you know where this is going.

Mirabelle maintains the highest European culinary standard and has provided extraordinary dining experiences for many years. Most remarkable is that the owners do not rest on their laurels but work hard to make sure the diners feel as if they are personal guests. Tonight was no exception. We enjoyed every course of our meals. We opted not to do the... More

We eat at Mirabelle's every summer when in Colorado and we are never disappointed. This year we called for a last minute reservation for 10 and they accommodated us in the private dining room. Food and service were both excellent. Our server was attentive and knowledgable. He recommended a great Malbec and was wonderful to the 3 children in our... More

I agree with previous reviewers... Small portions, big prices, dark dining room and American wait staff fumbling through their French vocabulary... You'd expect more from this place and at this price. Food was good but not great. Staff was nice though. Better choices abound in this town.

5 of us made reservations, the table was ready no problem there and the hostess was nice seated us inside. The waiter made the chef and food sound so great but the salads, the dinner (special of the evening - fish) was so bland in flavor that after the meal no one said anything until later and we all agreed... Dinner with friends Friday night. The farmhouse atmosphere is sweet with small rooms, candlelit ambiance, and scenic views. Server (forgot his name) did the same spiel to each table around us with his current and past faves. The specials were recited pleasantly as read. Rainbow trout sounded great. Wait! First the crab roll was pretty tasty, and the presentation was... More

Given that this is in the exclusive resort (inside the resort's security barrier) then one shouldn't be surprised that it is expensive. The tasting menu was an excellent choice (the halibut and elk being stand outs), as were the a la carte items my friends chose. Portion size was compatible with the number of courses being served (not always the... More
