Had not been to Mirabelle in years and returned for a special celebration. Our concierge made the reservation and was told there would be a special table waiting. When we arrived the indifferent hostess could not find our reservation. The chef/owner's wife then appeared and found the reservation. We were taken to a very average table with no acknowledgment during... More

One of my favorite restaurants to eat at, hands down. The atmosphere is excellent and the staff always makes you feel welcome. While it is pricey, you should know that going in and you get what you pay for with quality. The restaurant lives up to the Beaver Creek experience, and you don't even have to go all the way... More

Everything was top shelf from their welcome to desert. We were seated at a round table for six, as requested. Excellent location for conversation and fun. Wine by the bottle was reasonably priced. Six different entrees all received accolades. Elk seemed to be the regional favorite. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Atmosphere was interesting, not bland, cookie cutter. Pricey... More

Visited Mirabelle again as I do whenever in the area and as always I find it the best in an area with many excellent restaurants. Chef Joly consistently presents excellent meals, original creations and a varied and interesting menu. The staff is top-notch and have been with the restaurant a long time. They have a first rate wine list and... More

From the service, to the food, to the wine - mirabelle delivers. Worth the trip if staying in vail. Their bar could have a little more variety (and space) for pre dinner drinks.

Dover sole on a menu is always a first choice for me and the way its served here is a wonderful meshing of tastes, it comes with a potato fried cup of spinach and i could have had 2 of these and nothing else. I don't like taste of butter and the olive oil replacement was of a high quality... More

This is a quiet romantic yet casual restaurant with great service and amazing food. There were four of us visiting from various states. We all tried something different (lamb, seafood, and filet) and were amazed. Our server helped us pick out wine to go with our entrees and let us try a few with no hesitation. The ambiance was nice... More

Very good food in Modern American French flare. Excellent service. Problem was the set menu for New Tear's eve., no ala carte menu.

The food here is always great, but the desserts are really what get me. Daniel Joly is such a phenomenal chef. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone staying in BC even for a short stay. 4

Very expensive and definitely not worth the money. Nice place, good service, good food. But WAY over priced. $13 for a glass of the least expensive generic red wine. Other wine choices $25 and $35 a glass. $10 for a small draft beer. $38 for tenderloin with virtually no side, and $75 for Wagyu Beef with virtually no side. $12... More
