Fabulous food! Definitely worth every dime!

The Metropolitan is known for its great wine selection, and for its "small plates". That's why we haven't gone there for the past 3 years, even though we've spent 3 months a year here and know virtually every restaurant around. That's why we haven't gone there for the past 3 years, even though we've spent 3 months a year here and know virtually every restaurant around. July 24th had wedding rehearsal dinner for our son and future bride and family. Everything was planned out previously and was carried out impeccably. Food and service top notch. Very sceptical because my husband and I are from Scranton Pa and had family traveling from all over the US for this wedding. Everything was handled by my son's bride and... More

I recently went to a pairing of gourmet tacos with different types of Herradura tequila, including a double reposado that was produced and bottled for them. The shrimp taco was the best I ever had, not to say the lobster, beef and vegetarian were not. Go check out the gourmet tacos, taste the Herradura Double Barrel Reposado while you are... More

The atmosphere is sleek and classy, but very casual. Friendly staff, good service. Chef is good at what he/she does. Beautiful presentation and great tastes. We had just got engaged to be married right before we came for dinner, and our sweet waitress was just as excited for us as we were. She arranged with the manager for a glass... More

Great Small plate options!! Really loved everything we had (especially the chicken and guacamole small plates)! Great drink selections (great place for Wine!). Our server Chad was super nice. I've been there a few times for breakfast in the ski season and they have very fluffy egg wrap/sandwich options!

The food at The Metropolitan is amazing. We had 4 different tapas and they were all delicious. The shrimp and grits and lamb meatballs were perfection. The chef came out and asked us how we liked our food and made some suggestions for us. A wonderful restaurant with great food and beautiful views to boot!!!

Excellent tapas and right next to our hotel. I highly recommend it. Tonight we had soup, vegetable and pork tacos. They were amazing.

We came in as a group of 7 for a birthday. We were seated in a large booth that was great for our party. Our first round of drinks took a terribly long time, but things only got better from here. The drinks came, and the mixed cocktails were well done. Each item we ordered from the menu was fabulous.... More

The Metropolitan is one of only 3 places in Colorado that has a European style wine dispenser. You pick the total amount you want to spend, then pick one of twelve wines, with 3 different serving sizes, and enjoy. Interesting, educational, and fun. Very good tapa style dishes. All four of us were pleased with our choices. Friendly service. All... More

Amazing selection of wines and their food is delicious! They use to have breakfast service and were very good at it up until about two years ago where the food just wasn't as fresh. I am glad that they have focused on their Wine and Tapas side - everything from their happy hour apps to their desserts are very fresh... More
