The positive feedback I can offer is that the portions are quite generous & reasonably priced. We ate here on an off night, hopefully, as the wait staff was...odd, for the lack of a better word. Our waitress, Jennifer, was fine....kind of quirky, but efficient. We ordered the pork dish ($23), which was very good....very much like schnitzel ( pounded... More

Dinner at the Black Diamond Bistro was a terrific experience. There were only a few tables of diners on a Wednesday night so I don't know how the service and timing would be if the restaurant was full. The one server did an excellent job of covering the tables. The view of the mountains of Beaver Creek was as good... More

We just finished spending a week in the Vail/Beaver Creek area and ate dinner twice at the Black Diamond Bistro located in The Charter hotel. The first night we were seated in the dining room at windows which have a beautiful view of the mountain. Everything we ordered was well prepared, generous portions and delicious. I had the salmon dish... More

Wow- what a change from a year ago! A friendlier and more attentive staff and new items on the menu - including Pizza! We were getting bored of The greasy Blue Moose and this is a welcomed addition. Thin crust- quality ingredients - and a good amount of choices when it comes to toppings makes this our new favorite place... More

We recently spent a week in Beaver Creek. Most of the restaurants are very expensive even by Manhattan standards. We stayed at the Charters and ate at the Black Diamond restaurant twice. The food was excellent and the service was also very gracious, efficeint and friendly. The prices were about 1/3 less than the other restaurants. I heartedly reccomend this... More

My husband and I ate dinner at The Black Diamond Bistro and really enjoyed it. Since most people ate in the bar, we had the dining room to ourselves which we enjoyed. Not only is the food delicious, but the wait staff is excellent.

We purchased a travelzoo voucher for Black Diamond at the Wyndham Charter Hotel and weren't sure what to expect since it appears to be fairly new. We were pleasantly surprised at how delicious the food was and how great of service. Everything from the crab cakes, to the lamb, the salmon and bread pudding was phenomenal. I would recommend to... The BDB is a hidden gem at Beaver Creek! Located just a short walk from the main village, you'll pay non-resort prices for resort-quality F&B. The staff is extremely accommodating, the restaurant is very family-friendly, and the food (affordable steaks!) is on par with anything you'll find in the area. Highly recommend!!
