Food was good, but the service leaves much to be desired. Food was very slow to arrive. I ordered a beer and had to find a waiter to remind him of that. Once I did, he didn't remember what I've ordered. While the waiter was very polite, he exhibited very little concern for his customer’s needs.

We tried the Black Diamond Bistro while on our trip to Beaver Creek. We wanted someplace to watch the National Championship game and they advertised as having TV's for the game. The restaurant and bar area are smaller than I had expected and appeared more like a "hotel restaurant" than a stand alone restaurant. That being said, the service was... More

A seven day ski trip saw us eat at the Bistro four times. Really good. The grouper and risotto equalled the best Sea Bass! The same for other items: creative, sophisticated, and most important, moist and tastee!! Surprising considering the very high costs usually encountered in Beaver Creek. Good atmosphere, especially at the bar. Good service as well. Bruce W,... More

Spent a week skiing with family in Beaver Creek, and enjoyed several dining spots, with Black Diamond Bistro being the favorite. Food was delicious, service spot-on, all in a relaxing, warm environment. A great spot for a wonderful evening after a day on the mountain!

Black Diamond Bistro has a large bar area with roaring fireplace and high-top tables. We had dinner in the dining area. Good variety on menu, friendly service.

We tried Black Diamond based on recent reviews. We were not disappointed. We had a party of 7, so finding a spot that has something for everyone can be a challenge. Black Diamond delivered. Great atmosphere, great service, and great food! Add reasonable prices for a location just outside of the village and you have a winner!

We visited the Black Diamond based on trip advisor reviews. We were not disappointed. This place is fantastic. Recommend the lamb oso boco and mushroom ravioli. Very kid friendly. Great service with Eric.

This is a great alternative to all the village places to eat. It's worth the walk (about 3 minutes from the St. James). We had our Christmas Eve dinner and every meal was cooked to perfection. Get the flat iron steak. No, get the osso buco! Get each one! Fantastic. The service was very attentive and the restaurant is very... More

Having previously rated this bistro poorly, we ate here having heard things have changed. It sure has, and now provides a great alternative to the village restaurants. The pizzas are just great, and other mains as well. It's well priced, the atmosphere really happening, as the crowd was a good size. A choice to eat in the restaurant quieter, or... More

A lovely dinner for our family. A smarter style than most resort restaurants with excellent service to match. Short but nice wine list. Nice view but hard to see at night. Roast Chicken dish a stand out. Dessert - Apple pie was delicious. Recommend a drink at the bar before your reservation.
