Burgers were overdone but they quickly replaced with a freshly medium cooked one. Service is friendly but slow -- could use a little better training? Ravioli was delicious & good wine selection.

We placed a kids meal order from our room at The Charter, for pickup. . We were advised it would take 30 minutes. They called the room and advised the meals were ready for pickup. Upon picking up the meals; I checked the to go boxes, the meals were completely WRONG. When bringing this to the hostess attention, she stated... More

Located in the Charter hotel, it's lacking a bit in appearance in the dining room, but not shabby either. Food was just so/so. I had a steak that was kind of flavorless, and my wife had a burger which she said was fair. Prices were reasonable and service was quite attentive.

very disappointing. we had a steak that was tasteless and overcooked- we ordered it medium rare it came medium well. We also had a bass which was tasty but poorly presented. It was swimming in liquid. Prices were fair for Beaver Creek- that was a plus. Overall very ordinary. I will add that the waiter was excellent.

Our group of 8 made dinner reservations in advance of our ski trip and we are glad we did! The entire staff was so friendly and gracious! The food was very good as well! Our group had the Brisket pizza (I can't remember the exact name) fish & chips, grilled trout, half chicken and a chicken & mushroom dish. It... More

On a recent visit to Beaver Creek, we went to Black Diamond Bistro for dinner where we had lobster bisque, lamb osso buco and mushroom ravioli. The bisque was fabulous and filled with lobster meat. My husband loved the lamb. He raved about the flavor and how tender it was. The mushroom ravioli was wonderful but very rich. The very... More

Wonderful restaurant inside a hotel in Beaver Creek, Avon, CO. Service excellent, parking in the hotel, not crowd at all. Food delicious, entrees and dessert also.

Recommended by one of our kids ski instructors as she works there (Heidi) Thanks for the tip. Great dinner with our three teenagers. Pizza was a hit as well as the shrimp appetizer. We also enjoyed the fish and chips. Nice wine selection as well. Price was reasonable and it was not crowed on a weeknight. We will visit again.

We went as a family while on holiday skiing at Beaver Creek. We had a lovely evening. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. We tried the beet salad (as a main with blackened salmon as an addition) striped bass and lambs tail osso bucco, all of which were fabulous. Service was great. It wasn't crowded and had the feel kind... More
