Fine dining in a western lodge experience of the Ritz-Carlton

One of our group loves Wolfgang Puck so we decided to try it. Food was very well prepared and presented. Service left a little to be desired. Overall experience was nice.

Second visit to this restaurant both times did not disappoint. This trip was to celebrate our daughters 28th birthday. Food was excellent, great rack of lamb. Portions are on the smaller side but very well prepared. Service is exceptional, Samantha went out of her way to make it a special night.

The food at this restaurant was 5 star. The waitress and sommelier were rude. We felt dismissed and rushed through our very expensive dinner. We watched other tables (owners at the residences?) be showered with attention. No one checked on us once after our food was served. The restaurant was more than 50% empty. The open concept of the restaurant... More

We accidentally landed at Spago's at the Ritz Carlton in Beaver Creek, think we were going to be at the "other" restaurant (Buffalos). Oh, well, we made the best of it. The food and service were accidentally quite excellent. I really enjoyed all three of my courses, most notably the Tandoori striped bass. The restaurant had all of the trappings... More

Outstanding fare and warm and welcoming staff - what more could you ask for? The views from the restaurant are right up the slopes as well!

Spago did not meet our expectations for a delicious slopeside lunch. The food was decent- not great-and the service was sloppy and slow. They seemed to be understaffed for a busy spring break week and really lacked professionalism.

The best dinner option at Ritz-Carlton Bachelors Gulch. I find it difficult to rate restaurants based upon a main course, appetizer, wine and dessert alone. Had the veal. It was okay. Don't remember what else I had. Dined with 3 others. We all agreed it was good. Convenience for those staying at the Ritz was probably the biggest factor.

I would eat here every day. The food is spectacular and the service is phenomenal. Chef Jared Montarbo makes the dining experience amazing with his culinary genius. Andy, Sarah, and Brett at the bar make the pre-dining experience extremely enjoyable and you can eat at the bar to make it even easier if you have your ski gear on. If... More
