I would eat here every day. The food is spectacular and the service is phenomenal. Chef Jared Montarbo makes the dining experience amazing with his culinary genius. Andy, Sarah, and Brett at the bar make the pre-dining experience extremely enjoyable and you can eat at the bar to make it even easier if you have your ski gear on. If... More

Whilst staying at the Ritz- Carlton Bachelor Gulch previously, I had enjoyed a glass of wine and bar menu and was eager to try the restaurant for dinner. Fairly pricey, but we had a very enjoyable evening. The staff and service were amazing. The food (particularly the pasta with white truffles) all excellent. Four of us dined with no disappointing... Spago has a great deco- environment, entreés were small but with great flavor. Main dishes were in good portions and the best for the last, desserts were exquisite. I totally recommend the mille feuille with sea salt caramel and pear sorbet. Everything I tried had excellent flavor.

We made the mistake of skiing over to Bachelor Gulch for lunch. The only restaurants on the mountain are in the Ritz Carlton: an entire mountain eating in 2 restaurants and an outside grill. It was 9 degrees when we visited so it was too cold to eat outside. The hotel could not handle all the skiers for lunch. It... More

I used to enjoy grabbing lunch after snowboarding all morning at Buffalos in The Ritz Carlton, but the service and food has gone downhill this season. They used to have cute waitresses and hostesses that always put a smile on your face and now Buffalos is filled with untrained staff and a bunch of dudes in cowboy attire. Not exactly... More

This is a fabulous spot for lunch while skiing. The restaurant is located in the Ritz Carlton Hotel and is easy to ski to. It's a very busy place so you need to make a reservation. The food was great and the restaurant has a nice casual feel and you are quite welcome in your ski boots.

During a recent trip to the Beaver Creek area, we tried for dinner reservations at Spago but were unsuccessful. On a whim, my wife and I stopped into the bar after our morning ski runs. The bar food is amazing but the real treat is the 'off-menu' cocktails. Our bartender (Jason) was incredible and after several cocktails (Mommies Little Helper,... More

Having eaten at the flagship on Sunset many moons ago I was expecting a bit more. Given the location and being inside the Ritz, it feels like an uber expensive restaurant and the menu does not necessarily excite. Grab one of the excellent pizzas at the bar.

Spago was amazing. We took our 2 year old with us to celebrate her birthday, and the staff took extra special care of her. The food from start to finish was excellent. Definitely order the pommes aligot--potatoes, cheese, more cheese, and more even cheese = yummy. You can't go wrong with anything you order at this restaurant.
