Our daughter and son-in-law took us to Spago as a special surprise treat. Wolfgang was not there, but some excellent chefs were. I had the fillet, which was one of the best I have ever had, and a corn soup which was outstanding. Others had a Colorado bass wonderfully prepared and presented. Service was impeccable.

Perhaps it is the "off season" curse that befalls otherwise decent restaurants....I imagine it is a challenge to keep a stock of fresh ingredients if clientele ebbs and flows...Perhaps, we are truly spoiled to live in a region with exceptional meat and harvest sources.....However, this is at a Ritz Carlton Hotel and there should only be the trademark stance of... Had a light dinner at the bar; servers were very attentive and pleasant. Had visited Spago in LA a few years ago and this location is equally impressive

Dinner at Spagos was a treat. We Shared a bowl of corn soup ate the waiters recommendation, and had a filet medium. Both were very good, but the soup was the best ever.

Wine and appetizers were fantastic. Filet was perfect, salmon was good but a little salty. Overall excellent experience and wonderful service.

great meal, better selection then ever to chose for. good for groups. out food was a a little too salty, so if you prefer less salt please tell your server. we also order food from the bar menu to the table since they have some amazing choices.

Nothing like other Spago locations. Overpriced and nothing special. I'd avoid it and go elsewhere - there are MUCH better restaurants in the area than this one!

Loved the food but be prepared to bring a truck with cash in it to eat here. Tood bad prices are not more realistic as the food is just great.

With the location, reputation and celebrity creator, it would be easy to under deliver here. As it turns out, we had a nice relaxed morning of skiing, a couple cocktails at the [expensive but always fun] bar and a scheduled lunch at 1pm. Reservations are key. We didn't get the best view with our large party seating but it was... More
