BEST MEXICAN FOOD ASPEN TO GLENWOOD!!

Amazing food every time!! Go out on a limb and order the Seafood Mocahete it is a big boiling dish of amazingly tasty soup. Their Margaritas pack a punch so be careful if you are driving, and be sure to plan to wait, this place is so tasty that there is almost always a wait, but it is ALWAYS... read more

Really great food. Super authentic. Really nice people. Love being outside in Colorado so the patio was appreciated. My dog liked it too.

From entering to leaving. A perfect visit. Top shelf margaritas. Huge delicious entrees. And a smiling appreciative staff. Wish I were back there tonight for dinner with so many choices on the menu. Well worth the visit. You won't be disappointed.

We drive an hour to eat here, that's how much we like it. Nice atmosphere - good for family groups! Great selection on the menu. Wish we had one closer to home - we'd go more often!

My family and I drove from New Castle to our favorite restaurant last Sunday. Like always the food was delicious. Upon receiving our check we noticed a gratuity charge had been added. I had never been charged a gratuity for a family of four. When my husband asked the waiter why the gratuity was added his response was " My... More

Though the food has always been good the service is ridiculous. If you are not Hispanic do not plan on getting any sort of friendly service. Expect to wait for all the Hispanic patrons to get their food before you, and to pretty much be ignored.

I think you can tell by that title adjective it is not for you! It was terrible. We walked in and it had a unique odor... Fishy! We ordered queso app and two entrees and two ice teas. The queso came and it appeared to be a block of cheese zapped till melted. Difficult at best to eat. Greasy and... More

The whole red snapper at El Karita is better then any i had in Mexico. The food is delicious, well worth the drive from Aspen. The staff work hard to cover all those tables, and the outside patio is a great place to watch the sunset over delicious house margheritas

I've been going here for years and have never had a "bad" experience in terms of food. Sometimes on Fri/Sat they get really busy and you might have a 15-30 wait but it is so worth it. The staff is sweet and the food is tasty- what more can you ask for!
