The food here was great, but it has recently been taken over by new ownership, and the food is terrible. The soup I ordered definetly came out of a cheap soup can. The food is lacking, but the service was good.

First time I have been back in over 2 years. Only live 4 miles from it. Thought I would try it, due to new owner. Even sat at same table. the dirty wall with splatters on it was painted over. BUT the floor was still dirty. Would think someone would roll the floor. only one other couple there at the... More

My husband and I have enjoyed this place on several occasions in the past, but will not be going back after our experience there tonight. First of all, we sat at the bar and there was no bartender, so we had to wait for a waiter to notice us and take our order --way too long. And when he got... More

This place is one of the best places to eat in the So Cal desert. It is family run by husband and wife, Miguel and Lordes. The quality of food is exceptional. They make, hands down the best Tostada Grande on planet Earth! Everything on the menu is good and the staff are friendly and very proffessional. ... Dont miss... More

Three of us went to dinner, and all absolutely loved the food. I had fish and chips which were great. The other two had flat iron steaks cooked medium rare. The steaks were juicy and flavorful with tasty onion straws on top. Our waitstaff was on top of everything throughout the whole meal. I will definitely come back to the... More

Decent American standards like French dip, burgers, sandwiches. Steaks generally good. Salads are edible and tortilla soup is okay. If I were recommending I'd chhse their spinach salad with dressing on side (they can put too much on otherwise) French dip. Bread is old fashioned and delicious if you like that kind of bread. Very middle America.

Ownership changed about 6 months ago. The Roadhouse used to be great. Now it is just okay. The fish and chips is always good! Portions are on the large side; I'm not sure how anyone finishes the club sandwich by himself. Desserts have been good, but we're too full to eat them.
