7 of us had lunch here today. The server was vary pleasant. The menu was limited but interesting. But there were a number of specials. Two of us had a cup of chili which was very good. A number had the wild Artichoke salad and a special salad similar in nature. Both were unremarkable. Caesar salad OK. All in all... More

We've eaten at the Wild Artichoke a number of times over the past few years. The food is typically great and the atmosphere is quiet. It's a small store front type of restaurant but their chefs always put a lot of care into their creations. We love the salads. I'd pass on the artichoke leaves but the service if very... More

This is a small (42 capacity) restaurant in an unassuming strip mall. The menu is fairly extensive for such a small place. It has little atmosphere--the emphasis here is the food and the service. The escargots in mushroom caps was earthy and perfectly cooked. The artichoke soup was good but under spiced. Our party of four had three specials and... More

We researched a place for lunch while visiting The Nixon Library. Reviews took us to Wild Artichoke. We were very pleased with the service and the food. The chef comes to your table to be sure everything is to our liking. Crisp, tasty salads, Very good pasta and the sausage, veal and beef red sauce was fresh and delightful. We... More

We've eaten there several times and the food, service is outstanding. The owner/Chef James came out on all occasions to make sure we were enjoying our feast. You won't be disappointed while you dine here. And don't miss the desserts, made from scratch and all have been wonderful. It's very small, so make a reservation.

Love the food. The Jumbalya is very good. So is the meatloaf. Salads and escargot very good also. We love to go back again and agian. Great for special occasions. Inside very small reservations a must because of size of restaurant. Not for young children...Definately an adult restaurant.

Food is always great! Service is a bit snobby. It's not a dressy place but if your in jeans the waiter makes assumptions and can be a bit rude. #Small #cozy #hidden#yummmm

As a Yorba Linda resident, I eat here several times a year. The food is excellent; and although I don't care much for artichokes, the artichoke beignets are one of the best appetizers I've ever had. I often order whatever special they are serving that night, and am routinely pleased that I tried something different...everything here is great. I am... More
