Good coffee/espresso, fresh pastries, healthy smoothies, fine wines, micro brew beers and local art work all in one friendly little place. Appearance suggests the VG is heavily involved in the local community and activities. I stopped in very early on a gray and drizzly Sunday morning. In short order I was enjoying a hot cup of freshly brewed Kona coffee... More

This is a fun place to go if you need to get connected. They have free wifi and good coffee...and frequently when I have gone to get a signal, there will be a band playing on the patio.

This coffee shop is found in the heart of Wrightwood. Year round we visit this place to either have a hot cup of cocoa or partake in their yummy wine tasting. The owners are very friendly and often offer us free tasting. The food and pastries are homemade and delicious. On summer weekends local musicians visit and play music in... More

The coffee is great and the pastries and snacks are good. They often have live music on the weekends and holidays.

Rolling in on our motorcycles, in need of some great java, we found this place. Delicious espresso, friendly owner. Sat outside where the local men had gathered. They were interested in our trip, gave us great advice on roads. A real community feel.

When there is even a hint of warm and sunny weather there is not better place to spend a nice afternoon in Wrightwood than at the Village Grind. I often walk my dog to town and stop in for some superb wine tasting and a nice lunch. The patios are "dog-friendly" and the proprietor (Linda or Greg) will even bring... More

A great place for a bite to eat and to listen to local artist play music. Wine, beer or coffee - you can't go wrong here. Limited menu but always good. The owners are busy but when their not, they love to chat with you. A local also sells her mini cheesecakes here, yummy!

The Village Grind is by far my favorite place to hang out and eat in Wrightwood. My friends and I go there often, whether it's for a quick iced-coffee or a sit down meal (their weekend tri-tip is great!). Greg and Linda are very personable and fun to talk with. Max is a fun barrista, too! AND, they serve wine!... More

The owner was friendly and welcoming. Sat and listened to some late afternoon music by one of the local artists who was talented but not so loud that you could not talk to the people in your party. Yummy coffee.

Good coffee & live bands play certain nights of the week. I can hear the live music from my back patio in the summertime!
