I was recommended to stop here on my drive to the ocean from the Bay. Cyclists, Bikers, and car enthusiasts stop here for a good meal - breakfast, lunch or dinner. Get there before the rush if possible. I didn't have to wait very long. I had a good three egg veggie omelette with the cottage potatoes. Enjoyed the sunny... More

i really loved the whole atmosphere of this place----the scenery, all the tourists, the outdoor patio.i ordered an open faced chili burger because it is hard to find at most restaurants. i was really disappointed. it wasn't open faced, but the bun was just stacked, and it was hard to find the chili!!!!!----lots of beans, but no chili----just not at... The drive was breathtaking, the food was great. I would love to revisit on my next trip. We sat outside and just enjoyed the beautiful view.

I found Alice’s on Yelp so decided to give it a try after hiking above Woodside. They’ve got a great selection of draft beers. I went with Guinness on my first visit; then a pale ale on my second visit. They’ve also got an outstanding selection of burgers. I went with the Harley burger both times – it was that... More

Passed through this area while on vacation. It was a very nice day so enjoyed sitting on the patio drinking a cold adult beverage. Service was excellent and the waitress was very pleasant. Both meals came fast and were tasty. However as another poster said, a little pricey for the portion, try serving fries instead of a lousy bag of... More

I go up to Alice's a couple of times a month for dinner. It's been around for years, but I avoided it for a long time, as too crowded (you may want to skip weekend days). I'm not much a a burger person, but those that are say the burgers are great. I like the grilled Mahi Mahi salad and... More

Apparently an old bikers place, turned into a trendy road side restaurant. Mixed with locals, bikers and trendy guests, the offer one of the best burgers I ever had. Of course other meals are available as well. Definitely recommended when you are in the neighborhood.

Well, not really, but that's how the Arlo Guthrie song goes. Alice's is not the song's namesake, but yet a convenient coincidence. If you're a motorcyclist in Northern or Central Coast of California, then you know Alice's all too well. Tucked in at a crossroads in the Santa Cruz mountains, where Hwy. 84 meets Hwy.35, there's a lot happening here... More

Alice's is a destination resort located on highway 9 in the Santa Cruz mountains. Great food, good prices, good local wine selection, service and ambiance. A lot of local color in the cliental that represent the mountain people, bikers, horse people and sports car aficionados. A must visit place on the SF Peninsula.

We made a reservation for the two of us for lunch and the table was waiting for us. A little noisy in that front booth so we asked to move to the rear and were accommodated. always good food, beer, and wine.
