Bison Burger, please.

The place was packed and it wasn't even lunch time yet. It's been at least 3yrs since my last visit and just like then there were lots of bikes! The wait time was at least 15 minutes. My friend Ed's first time here and we tried something new. He ordered Wagyu burger and I had the Bison burger and... read more

Alice's is good and fun if there are not too many bicyclists there when those of us who are in cars, on bicycles and/or passengers with friends. Alice's restaurant staff and Alice herself have always been friendly and helpful. Sometimes the food is so good, that I over eat because I don't want to leave any of these good meals.

A must for Arlo Guthrie fans and foodies, alike. We stopped for a late breakfast and were especially pleased with the huevos rancheros and Alice's Omelette. We're coffee snobs, so a better grade of coffee would've been nice. We weren't quite ready for beer but it looked like they had a nice selection of craft brews on tap!

I've heard about Alice's over the years from various car magazines, but stumbled on it will visiting the area and traveling the Skyline Drive. the food was average, but the real fun is sitting back and watching the cars/bikes roll in and out.

This is the best place to take a break when driving along skyline and watch the different motorcycles and exotic cars pass-by and more likely stop as the owners come in for a bite. The front patio seating on the picnic tables is essential, especially if you have never been there before so you can have a great view. There... More

Me and a couple of my motorcycle friends took the bikes from Mountain View up the fantastic roads towards Alice´s. It is truly a great ride. It is also a very beautiful view. We arrived after the great ride and went in to Alices which is not a luxorious place at all but I suppose it has its charm somehow.... More

You arrive at Alice's by driving through miles of beautiful, dense redwood forest. The place itself is pretty divey, but that's how the locals seem to like it. Interesting mix of young families, oldsters and bikers. Not where I'd take out-of-towners.

Very good hamburger when some stray hungry Swedes come to Alice's. After having gone over a breathtaking route from Carmel

Alice's restaurant is in a stunning location on the Skyline and hidden in the trees however it is surrounded by old and new cars and motorbikes at a weekend. This is not a posh place but is such a fun place. The staff are friendly and the portions generous. It is very reasonably priced too. Good and homely cooking at... More

Great weekend hangout with solid breakfast dishes paired nicely with their spicy bloody mary - the last bit is passenger fair only. Motorcycle and performance cars abound and all this activity among the fragrance of pine trees makes Alice's a stop that is not to be missed.
