I came to this restaurant because a friend of mine suggested it. She raved on and on about it is though it were to be quite an experience. However, it tasted like whitewashed Mexican food. The rice was plain, the beans were bland, the Carnitas was dry, and the margarita was week. So after this one foul experience I've decided... More

We have been eating at Paco's since they opened. There were times we ate there 4 times a week. Paco catered my daughters wedding and became a good friend. Unfortunately he sold the restaurant to pursue other endeavors and the place has suffered dramatically. We can only hope the new owners get it together. Until then we will go elsewhere.

So I’ve decided not to write reviews unless there is something special that really hit me and I thought it required sharing. Paco’s is worth sharing, Very comfortable atmosphere and the Chimichanga was as better than I’ve ever had. It was big enough I took half of it home with me, I’m thankful for that because there were flavors in... More

Paco’s had some great authentic Mexican food that was served well and the ambiance was clever and appealing. The restaurant was a former bank with large, marble pillars out front and marble floor in the entryway, enormous safety deposit box doors that greet you when you enter and hide a small area where they prepare the salsa and chips, and... We stopped in for lunch and enjoyed the "build your own burrito" selection. The Al Pastor was real good and the carnitas too. The flan was outstanding. Interesting piece of history in the old bank too.

I loved the flavors. Enjoyed the build your own burrito. Service was impeccable. We were graciously greeted and we were vowed by the old bank feeling. It also felt like a ball room perfect for big parties. Would be back soon

Love the unusual atmosphere (It was once a bank and much of the bank has been retained). The food is good, but there is a far better Mexican place in town when it comes to tasty food (Maria's Cantina - which I have reviewed elsewhere).

I LOVE this place. My "usual" is a build your own burrito: wheat tortilla, pork carnitas, beans, guacamole, sour cream and onions topped with a creamy ranchero sauce. It has been perfect and delicious every time and I have been going here for years. Beyond that, I've never had anything bad here: shrimp tacos, fish tacos, shredded beef tacos, salads... More

From being greeted at the door to the salsa and chips to dessert. Everything was amazing and the fact that is was an old bank adds to the experience. GET HERE!

This is a great place. The restaurant is in an old historic bank building and the atmosphere is great! The server was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The food was excellent; a salad (or soup) came with our order, which is unusual for most Mexican restaurants. The chips and salsa were tasty; best salsa we have had in awhile! Prices were... More
