Open late, and good burritos...

This restaurant surprised us. Looking for a fast burrito on the road, and ended up here because all the other places were closed. They have a Drive Thru! For Mexican food! Kinda not what you expect from a Mexican restaurant. Burritos were quite good. I had the Surf and Turf, nice mix of meats... read more

This was an okay Mexican meal. Presentation of most of the plates was impressive. The food was good. Not great. Service was fantastic until they got busy then it took a nosedive. Not much ambiance inside. Food came out pretty fast.

I read the reviews before going there to order with three others. We were shocked by the poor quality of the food. The rice was uncooked and the beans were a pate of flavorless beans. The fajitas were unetable. I will say we got the food to go still it was so disappointing after the good reviews we read, especially... More

I was surprised to see Mole on the menu here, as most Mexican restaurants won't give this a go, as the preparation and ingredients are cumbersome. That I've had better in San Francisco is not surprising, however, this was far from awful (obviously did not come out of a jar). The service was very friendly, though I got a rather... More

We arrived at dinner time and were seated promptly. The fresh and warm chips and salsa were very good. The authentic food and flavors was spot on. Not to spicy but enough to add great flavor. The outdoor dinning would be great for the summertime.

You'll find that the taste and flavors of this are very typical to Mexico but also a little bit California too. The selecting of tequila and mezcal is impressive. I sat down I started with myself that had chicken and it was delicious man I moved on to having the stone hot that was smokin hot with the spicy little... More

We've lived in many Hispanic areas and experienced the best in Mexican food so we were ready to test this restaurant in a shopping center on Redwood Hwy. We were not disappointed! The food was so tasty, hot on arrival. The wait staff was outstanding! More than one server came by to ask if we needed anything, not intruding at... More

El Farolito maintains consistent high quality authentic Mexican food with a varied menu. Always free chips and salsa. Great margaritas on the outdoor patio. Very fast friendly service. They even offer drive-thru for those on the go or take home. I go there several times a month and have never been disappointed.

We tried El Farolito for the first time and enjoyed the best chile verde and carnitas plates I've had in a long time. My partner ordered the chile verde and it was tender, lean, and the sauce was excellent. I had the carnitas and was really happy with this dish. It too was tender and flavorful (and thankfully, not greasy)... More

Consistent quality food and prices with good service. Great salsa and chips! Love the chicken fajita wrap. We go as a family all the time, the staff are great with kids. They have a drive through for quick pick up of beans and rice. Nice outdoor seating and remodel last year made the indoor seating much nicer and they added... More
