Description: This is a wonderful little restaurant with exceptional quality fresh food. It is family owned and the staff make you feel like you're dining at a friend's house. Decent wine and beer selection. Always excellent service and we've never had a bad meal there. Recommend the Drunken noodles or Crying Tiger.

This was a drop-in as we wandered around Windsor looking for somewhere to eat. It looks and feels like a converted bar as the bar runs the length of the dining space and there aren't many tables. The staff are very friendly and as a stop for a quick eat it is great. I do agree with one reviewer that... More

In Santa Rosa on business and stopped in here for dinner due to prior reviews. Not sure what other Thai food places the other reviewers have eaten at prior to this place. Average at best. The place is very small and looks like a converted bar. Country music playing with IPA's on tap. Waitresses are friendly and the good is... More

Try any dish here, they are all great but if you're a meat lover go for the crying tiger, cooked to perfection

I usually enjoy Tomi Thai very much, and delight in taking friends and family there. My last dinner at Tomi Thai was, unfortunately, a disappointment. I had planned to split a green papaya salad with my friend, as I usually do. We asked for the dressing on the side (that is how I usually have it.) The waitress said she... More

1st time visit - all good! My choice for entree was the delicious melding of fresh fruits and vegetables in the mango chicken. Yum... My husband had the pad Thai. It was very creative and tasty. Service was right-on. Will definitely go back to try other items.

Excellent entrees (drunken noodles, seafood and asparagus) and a so-so curry and pad thai. Very crowded and noisy, but ah, those scallops.

Our whole family loves the hot, hearty Thai food in this little nicely decorated hole-in-the-wall restaurant. It is hidden behind a Baskin Robbins (great treat for after). Coconut fans will find delicious entrees. We love pumpkin curry, and they do a super job. Terrific appetizers, too. Good for take out, but dining in is alright, too.

This is not Thai food, It is very bad chinese food, without any thai tastes. The place is very small, with high noise levels.

This is my favorite Thai restaurant in Sonoma County. The staff is super friendly and the restaurant is chic yet cozy. Very fresh veggies! They can substitute any meat for tofu or veggies and are very flexible. My favorites are the po-pia (like fried spring rolls), the yum woon sen salad with no meat and fried tofu, the green curry...
