I normally don't do Italian because nothing compares to the home cooking I grew up with but this gem is well worth it!!! Their menu changes daily because they shop daily to get the freshest they can find. Go early so they don't run out of what you want to eat! Very friendly owners.

We had a wonder dinner in Whittier that featured delicious Italian entrees. Menu offers a varied selection each day based on what is purchased fresh that morning. Franco takes great care in choosing the ingredients, how they combine and how they are prepared.. Portions are generous and very tasty. Service is attentive and genuine. Owners and staff are very focused... More

We went here based on the reviews on Tripadvisor, then noticed that thr last review was back in May. Either something has gone drastically wrong since then, or as I think more likely, that it is one of the most over-hyped restaurants on Trip Advisor. This is not one of the great Italian restaurants. This isn't even a great restaurant... More

This is probably the best Italian food I've ever tasted. We were a group of 10, they had us seated in less than 10 minutes, the drinks and appetizers arrived about 5-10 minutes after we ordered them (their Antipasti is to die for). The main dishes came shortly afterwards, the pork chops were awesome, the people that ate pasta all... More

Wow! What a great find! Not since our trip to Italy have we had such terrific Italian food! We ate there twice, two days apart. On our first visit, we had bruschetta followed by sharing the fish special - WOW! so fresh, we couldn't believe it! The owners told us that fish was so fresh because it was flown live,... More

Pleasant restaurant with high ceilings tiled floor. The friendly owners cook and serve the food along side the waiters. The meal is fresh to order, so relax and have a glass of wine, it is worth the wait! Our favorite is the antipasto salad!

Everything was excellent, the food, service and atmosphere! I have never had a meat sauce like my Grandma's anywhere, but here! The salad had the best quality mozzarella, too. The value is perfect. I can recommend without hesitation!

My early Mothers Day dinner was amazing!! The fresh mozzarella on the salad with just the right amount of dressing was perfect. Who knew olive oil and lemon juice would be so delicious? I had the fettuccine with peas and ham in a cream sauce and my daughter had the fettuccine contadina. Both excellent!! Hats off to Franco the chef... More
