Italian with a touch of panache. They usually have an interesting Cal-Italian twist on the usual dishes. Sometimes a little bland and a little expensive for what you get. Still worth a look. more

Rustico is a local Westlake restaurant that could thrive in the heart of Manhattan, LA, Paris or any major city. The food is superior in quality/portion/freshness/preparation and is most importantly, absolutely delicious. The service varies from ultra professional to less sophisticated but always helpful. Whenever I would like to take friends or business associates for a special lunch or dinner, I always choose Rustico. I best describe the atmosphere as casual elegant with Italian charm. Great menu and superior service. It is always a pleasure. more
