Easily the best breakfast I've had! I had the normal two egg breakfast with turkey sausage and one banana pancake and my girlfriend had one red velvet. It's not on the menu but you can definitely just order one. The banana pancake was so moist and sweet I didn't use any syrup. Delicious! Best breakfast in LA!!

Yes, the wait can be long and the space is a little tight but you keep coming back. The food is amazing, and reminds you that not everyone in LA eats gluten free or granola all day. So if you've been out partying all night like a rock star and are craving a hang over cure inspired by your favorite... More

This place is amazing. Beware the portions are huge, and most of the pancakes could probably be a dessert. However, it doesn't matter how unhealthly this place is, it is delicious. Great service as well. My only issue was that I wanted to buy a tee shirt, and no one would come help me, so I just gave up and... More

Saw this on trip advisor so i was really eager to try this it was just as good as everyone said. The pancakes were massive and so was the breakfast's. Before the doors had even opened there was a long queue.. It just goes to show how good this place is..

A real slice of America - a huge slice. The pancakes are enormous. Even two of us could not get through one between us. Very busy and noisy, good coffee, but slightly grumpy staff (not surprising due to the number of customers and tables crowded together). Definitely worth a visit but more as a novelty than a gourmet experience.

We were driving through Hollywood after spending the night and looking for a restaurant. We saw the Griddle Cafe and stopped by chance. Thought this might be a little dive whole in the wall and boy were we surprised. We walked in and the place was packed. Seated right away and had their version of huevos rancheros called "Tequila Sunrise"... More

The Griddle cafe is somewhere to visit if you're hungry. The pancake stacks are insanely big - the french toast likewise. The thing is, unless you're a competitive eater it's all just way too much food. Tasty, but nothing special. The size is the thing to go for, just to take pics and laugh at the ridiculous portions.

Absolutely delicious! We had the eggs Benedict which was over fried potato skins and apple French toast- both were amazing! Get there by 8.30 otherwise you have to wait forever.
