Not bad

The sea bass was amazing. They also have Heinz Sauvignon blanc which is great and rare. The chocolate bread pudding was great.

I had the "airline chicken" which was tasty. The service was unsophisticated, plates were cleared when one of the diners was still eating. But, at least the servers were friendly which is a real plus in LA/West Hollywood.

The decor is ok, but I did not find it as stunning as other reviews might have suggested. The food was average, the Brussels sprouts were just not good, the pork chop was ok the sides were overcooked, the lamb was better, but nothing was first class. The wine list was disappointing. We came here because of rave reviews on... More

The food is not memorable (and selections for vegetarians are limited), but the crowds come for the lush interior design and the great cocktails. So if you want a cushy happy hour beverage, this is a nice stop. If you want a great dinner, move along.

I love this place. The food and drinks are great, service very good, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Very impressive HIGH ceilinged room, eclectic décor, and usually just the right amount of buzz. This is a favorite spot for a romantic meal, but also good with friends or for Happy Hour. Check it out!!

We came here with a couple of friends. Started with drinks inside and then we proceeded outside on the patio. The patio is a must by the fire place. Food was good and so was the service.

New to Los Angeles, celebrating a wedding anniversary away from home and the wife full of cold / flu. Not wanting to travel too far we ended up at Café Le Boheme. Enjoyed the patio, the wonderful service and great food. Was especially touched when our dessert was served the Kitchen took the time to scribe “Happy Anniversary” on the... More

The interior of this restaurant is quite stunning....I had eaten here years ago and loved it. Went there tonight for dinner. The bar/lounge area was quite busy as they have inexpensive cocktails and "tapas" plates. The dining room was basically empty. We sat in the lounge and ordered 4 small plates. The cauliflower was pretty good, cooked with curry, garlic... More

Had an excellent dinner in this very ambient restaurant. The signature drinks were really good and matched well with the food. Our server was always there when we needed him. Check out this place.

A friend and I went to La Bohème when I visited Los Angeles, and overall, this place has inattentive service with overpriced food, even on the happy hour menu. We walked in here because we were just wandering on Santa Monica near his house. We saw that they had an "all day happy hour" Sunday through Thursday. Now on the... More

Staying in West Hollywood

Neighborhood Profile
West Hollywood
For years, West Hollywood has been known as a hub for the LGBT communities in Los Angeles. Today it still maintains the title, but has also become the “it” neighborhood for the entertainment industry’s up-and-comers. Producers, directors, writers and aspiring actors call this area home. Known for great boutique shopping, vintage clothing stores, home décor shops and fitness studios, West Hollywood is a grid of wide boulevards and narrow residential streets. The neighborhood also has a concentration of the most avant-garde restaurants in Los Angeles (rivaled only by the burgeoning restaurant scene Downtown). A trip to the iconic Sunset Strip, with its many clubs, music venues, hotels and flashing lights won’t be forgotten.
