Went for dinner last night and had the best pasta outside of Italy! Staff so welcoming and friendly (Sara was a complete star!). Would recommend!!!

Found this little gem on tripadvisor. Called them and booked a table for the same day. Arrived to find a small fronted restaurant along sunset strip, in between a big hotel, and some other shops. Didn't look much from the outside, and typically Italian style on the inside, very simple, not very glamorous (that's not a complaint !), but it... More

I loved this place. The service was above and beyond. we were the only ones there and we felt like it was our own private restaurant. we ate outdoors with a view of whiskey a-go-go. For me, the historical relevance of the scenery and local businesses (as seen on tv) was worth a look. but the food, oh the food... More

LA has a boatful of Italian restaurants, many of them excellent, a few of them supurb but none--none--reach the scale of friendliness, exquisite preparation, delicate services, and attention to detail that are the hallmarks of dinner at Amarone Kitchen and Wine. Toss all the others overboard--and consider yourself luck to snag a table at this small, intimate, family run and... More

This small restaurant is lovely inside and creates a romantic Italian atmosphere. The food is incredible and the small portion sizes are easy to forgive. The service we had was friendly and fast and very welcoming. We finished off with the most beautiful desserts and complimentary muscat. The website isn't clear on price of food but it is all very... Absolutely amazing actual Italian food like iv never tasted before. We got there just as the resturant was about to close and yet where still seated and given brilliant service from the owner himself. Would totally recomend amarone to anyone visiting l.a and would definitely go back there for sure. Thank you so much for such an amazing meal.

This restaurant is a real find. It's a great and authentic taste of northern Italian and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend it! Be sure to try the Amarone or any of the Valpolicella wines!

I could literally eat my pasta portion in 3 to 4 bites. Amarone by the glass was overpriced. The best part was the moscato served at the end. Uninspired offerings although the pasta was well cooked and obviously 'fato en casa.' Disappointed overall.

This quaint little Italian place is around the corner from The London hotel. Staff is (and speaks) Italian and the food was great. Four of us ate for good prices and food was worth way more than we paid. Chef visited table and discussed foods and wine selections with us. Will definitely eat here again when in town.
