Pretty good food, staff a bit uneven in our various visits, prices about right for a river town. Frankly? for lunch. cross the river and eat at the food truck on the west side.

Good food and they are clean. My fav is the garlic fries! Try them.... Also, they sometimes feature exotic menu items such as alligator meat.

We have eaten here several times and it was always really good. This visit, we went 30 min prior to closing, as we were not aware they closed earlier during the week. The place was empty, I think the server would liked to have closed...but she was very sweet and welcomed us, promptly Brought menus. We waited a while for... More

Found the best tasting Mexican food while roaming along Highway 160. Our favorite weekend pastime is visiting small delta towns and eating. The restaurant off the levee is clean, of moderate size and friendly. The portions are huge!! I got a pork carnitas burrito with optional red sauce poured over it. The red sauce is home made as well as... More

My husband and I cycled from Rio Vista. We were tired and hungry. Rosa, our waitress was awesome. She brought us a carafe of water first thing. The food was awesome. We had burritos, carne asada and grilled chicken. They came out hot and fresh. I would recommend Maya anytime it was great

This place was great. All the food we had was excellent. We were told by locals that it was under new management. So if you've been there before and weren't happy, try it again.

Mays's has a wide variety of meals, many Mexican but also salads and sandwiches. The portions tend to be large so either come hungry or only request a half order. Both beer and wine are available and credit cards are accepted. It is family run and the service is attentive and pleasant. The atmosphere is casual and the dinning area... More

Stopped here for the first time while driving through the Delta. My husband ordered a vegan burrito and was advices not to get the large as it would be too big . He got the small and it was huge . It had a good enchilada sauce on top which he liked, the salsa was spicy and good. Nachos were... More

First of all this place is a trip! Not only can you get a decent Mexican meal, but you can buy wind chimes, jewelry, a coloring book, glow sticks, or a purse! They need to ditch the weird market think though and just focus on the food. The portions were huge, pretty good, and they served our group of 10... More
