Really Good Steak

Visiting from out of town. My husband and I always want to try out good steakhouses, and this place did not disappoint. We started with Carpaccio and it was really good, the Crab Rcakes & French Onion Soup were really good too. I had the special, Rib Eye with shrimp and it was really good. We... read more

The location on the second floor above a retail store is a bit odd. Very small bar area and no flow into the dining area. Lots of dark paneling. The food is average for the price. Steak was requested rare and I got a filet that was medium rare almost medium. Boring house salad with cranberries and candied walnuts. Tough... More

Our son was excited that we might dine at Fleming's in Walnut Creek. We normally go to Ruth Chris' for steak, but thought we'd try Fleming's on his recommendation. We reserved early on a Monday evening, 6pm and used the valet parking ($7.00) which is really convenient since it's in the parking garage and you walk right into the front... More

Probably the best filet mignon I've ever had. Seemed to be cooked perfectly but it's so dark there it's hard to tell. I've never had bad food there (5-6 visits). Service is pretty good, not great. Hostesses are not the nicest but I've had good luck with the waiters. Deserts are amazing. VERY expensive, probably worth it, but only for... More

From beginning to end the experience was exceptional. The night began at the bar for a few drinks off their happy hour menu, they were strong and delish. My boyfriend and I were then seated and that's where the magic happened. The bread is accompanied with two whipped spreads that were both full of flavor. We had the ravioli to... More

I love their salmon dishes and desserts. I had always enjoyed their food and services. Great place for business dinner.

I decided to have out office holiday party at Fleming's bar. I was kind of taking a chance but we are a small office of 9 and i was hoping for something casual and fun this year . Fortunately we got there at opening and got two tables in the bar. We all ordered exactly what we wanted to share... More

Prime Rib, 'Wedge' Salad, Baked Potato and Dessert were great. I had enough to take home for another dinner ! Also the 5 - 6 - 7 Bar between 5pm & 7pm is also a great place for a reasonably priced evening of fun. Waiters are very attentive in both the Dining Room and Bar. But the bar is always... More

Great lighting, reasonably priced happy hour food and drink selections, wonderful service. In short, I have never had a bad time at a happy hour at Flemings.

We have been to Fleming's several times in their Walnut Creek location, both for the excellent happy hour and for dinner. The happy hour offerings have to be the best deal in the Creek...there is an absolutely decadent hamburger to be had and, when paired with a deep, dark and delicious red, there cannot be an equal. And did I... More
