We had reservations for the Prime Rib special tonight. We got there early and they were totally willing to seat us, but we decided to have a drink at the bar first. The happy hour specials were really good. The bartender was very engaging and made a great drink That was the highlight of the experience. Now, it all went... More

The "5 for $6 'til 7" is great. The bar area isn't very big so you may have to stand or jockey for a seat. But they offer 5 cocktails 5 wines, and 5 appetizers, each for $6, everyday until 7pm. - One of the choices is a large bacon burger and fries for $6. A full meal. Tasty and... More

We had our anniversary dinner there, the food was excellent, the staff exceptional. We started in the bar for a drink and something to nibble on, then were seated at our reservation time. We were in the back room that felt a little out of the way which surprised me since we did give over a week for the reservation.... More

We were looking for somewhere special to celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary. I noticed Flemings on the Open Table website. Once I clicked on their menu, and read reviews I knew I found the perfect spot! My idea of a special occasion dinner is lobster with drawn butter and my husband's favorite choice is steak....perfect they were both on the... More

We recently took my mother to Fleming's to celebrate her 83rd birthday. We've been before, but usually only for a special occasion, since it is somewhat pricey. However, this time I took advantage of a $40 credit on the bill by booking online, so it actually was quite reasonable. In any event, Fleming's never disappoints and is worth every dime,... More

I took my wife, 2 children and mom and dad to Flemings on May 27. Location is nice, right in downtown Walnut Creek, parking is easy, entrance is through the parking garage which makes it easy. The food, Rib eyes were very well doe and tasted great. The Barbecue Salmon was very delicious. The only down part was the size... More

We've been here before and enjoyed it. But, this time we went early on a week night - just at opening time and asked to be seated in a quiet area. We were the only ones in that area and were delightfully served by David Mohr who made sure we had everything we wanted/needed and did so cheerfully and professionally.... More

My sister invited us out for an evening of culinary decadence and this restaurant delivered. We ordered lavishly from the appetizer menu - the tempura lobster was unbelievably tasty, even as we thought - take great lobster and cover it in batter? It totally works. We also loved the wild mushroom ravioli, the flavor so intense and rich the mushrooms... More

Steaks are definitely a cut above Vic Stewart's on the other side of downtown Walnut Creek. But was this restaurant worth the $100+ a person price tag? Not really. Of the appetizers, I enjoyed the crab cakes which were well-seasoned, and substantial in size. The short ribs were tough and had very little flavor. The seared-rare ahi tuna was nothing... More
