Went there with a friend.. Both order a pizza.. The crust nice and and thick and sausage and wasn't to spicy like some sausage are... Good amount of cheese and the sauce wasn't that spicy.. Was there another time and it was full and there were people in line waiting to be seated...

This was my first time to Rocco's. All I had was pizza and the greatest chopped Italian salad on earth!

With few immediate choices for local residents and workers, Rocco's doesn't dissapoint if mediocre cuisine is acceptable to you. First the positives. The dining atmosphere is comfortable and the sports bar is a good place to watch a game. The prices are reasonable. Okay, that about does it for positive. The pizza is bland. The crust has no flavor and... More

I ate lunch here in November, 2013. The food, as always, is good. Also very reasonably priced. The service was slow. It took a while for the waitress to even acknowledge us, then my tea glass was more empty than full for most of the meal. I would return here, but just be careful if you are limited on time.

Our trip to California to visit family was very enjoyable as was the evening at Rocco's. It seems to be a well known place and was very busy even on a week night. It's definitely family friendly as evidenced by the youngsters that night. The pizza was great-large portions of toppings on a crust we enjoyed and at a reasonable... More

Called in for a take out order. The pizza I ordered was a large peperoni, Italian sausage, and fresh garlic, well done crust. It was very good as usual. 20 minutes, was ready when I got there.

This neighborhood gem serves the best pizza. Recommend the Terminator. The owner, Rocco, is a champion of the community, supporting the local athletes and teams. This is a great meeting place for friends and groups. The staff is lively and very well trained

QUOTE: Voted "Best Pizza In The East Bay"! - Contra Costa Times Reader's Poll. Lots of hype to live up to. I've had great pizza many times. This particular pizza is good. Is it great pizza? No. Is it passable pizza? Yes. This is a neighborhood pizza place close to Northgate and De La Salle High Schools. Many other choices... More

Rocco's is a good place when you want good food and cheap prices. Pizza and salad seem to be the best things to order. I once had polenta, which was not so good. They have specials almost every day!

Pizza is terrible.. the sauce is awful! too sweet, very difficult to digest pasta even worst... they put the sauce on top with a tons of overcooked pasta under.... parsley and garlic everywhere. This is not real italian food! Sorry but if you pretend to be italian... My expectations are high... instead was only a HUGE disappointment!
