San Francisco Creamery

The creamery is always a treat. All of the ice cream I have tasted over the past ten years has been excellent. My favorite is the basic hot fudge sundae. The fudge sauce is on par with the ice cream. I have actually never eaten there. I'm not going to fill up on real food when I can have ice... read more

This place has long lines, a decent amount of hype, but overall the ice cream is only about average and the service is a bit lacking. The flavors are good and the one great thing is that their selection is pretty wide. However, overall, I think there are better options for desert than waiting in longer lines for ice cream... More

I love their ice cream shakes: thick, chocolatey and big. A friend and I split on on a hot summer's afternoon last week, I was ready to run back in and get another. There's plenty of indoor seating and some outdoor as well. I've never eaten a meal here but it is my go to for my beloved shakes.

If you love ice cream, you will love this location for your decadent desires. While not for those watching their weight, this is an indulgence of wonderful creamy delight. Way better than stopping the ice cream man in the neighborhood!

I was craving a Rocky Road ice cream cone so I went to SF Creamery. Yes, the ice cream had nuts and this was definitely to my liking-quite creamy. Since it has been a while since I have purchased a cone, I was taken aback at the price-$4.25!! No, I did not pay extra for the waffle cone because it... More

You walk in and you can just smell the ice cream. There is a walk up window as well as a sit down. It's a medium sized place, nostalgic without being annoying. Our party of 8 had a bit of awkwardness because we each needed a separate itemized receipt for business reasons by the waitress said the POS only allowed... More

Every month or so my husband and I can't resist sharing a crab sandwich and a Black and Tan sundae! It's always great...great staff, great food and there's often a birthday party to watch. I appreciate the waitstaff noticing when I need water, etc. and they always ask if they should wait to order the sundae so it won't melt.

Quick and friendly staff! Enjoyed the crab sandwich and garlic fries. Then ended with ice cream. Too many to choose from!

One of the first spots I was taken to by friends when I moved to Walnut Creek. The variety of ice cream flavors will overwhelm you, Beautifully served and served by very attentive young waiters and waitresses (I guess we call them Servers today.) In addition to all ice cream concoctions, the sandwiches are also excellent. My son chose a... More
