Being long time diners at, and fans of, Walnut Creek Yacht Club we are Loyalty Members. This is the usual points program which a lot of restaurants/hotels offer which we find, very often, are not worth the bother. With WCYC you get email notices (which are not overdone) once a month with Special Event notices, offers and, occasionally, fun items.... More

I was taken to this restaurant my a colleague and despite being unable to get a table (you need to book) we had a decent meal perched on stools at the bar. Limiting ourselves to just a main meal, both dishes were nicely cooked and presented, although the crab could have done with a minute less in the pot. Overall... More

The first time I took a friend to the Walnut Creek Yacht Club, she asked, "Where's the water??" But one really does not need a marina to serve the freshest fish in town! In fact, for the best fish, it really does not get better than right here! My favorite lunch choice is the Louie, but I can never decide... More

One of the two best restaurants in Walnut Creek. Fresh seafood, great oyster bar, wonderful service.

I think the name is an excuse to serve seafood inland. We had the burger, Mahi Mahi, and Idaho Trout BLT Sandwich. our friend loved the trout sandwich. the fish and burger were standard fare. the side of mushroom rice was outstanding. my waffle chips were overcooked. prices range from standard to high. service was great and staff is very... There are many restaurants in walnut creek to choose from. The yacht club is very nice if you want to impress someone. The food presentation and service is above average. However the prices are very high for average seafood.

Went out to eat with friends to share with them our favorite restaurant in downtown Walnut Creek. Every time we come here we are never disappointed. The entire staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. The seafood is amazing!

we had calamari, clam chowder and scallops. The chowder was disappointing ... Too thick and not enough clams. The calamari was good, served with a roumalade sauce (sort of felt like Outback). Scallops were tasty.
