Great Sea Food

This is a good place to take family, friends, or work mates. The food is excellent. The space is cramped but you are not there to move around you are there for some great sea food and they have plenty of that for you. The place is good for a early dinner date but is not a romantic spot

We just completed a dinner for 21 at the WCYC, and a great time was had by all. We were placed in the "Aft Deck" room, which is a separate room with it's own entry off Bonanza St. This was great, as we could be loud and not bother other diners in the main restaurant. (You do have to go... More

It is not the best place in Walnut Creek' for the money. It could use updating and the entire restaurant seemed uninviting and cool. We definitely felt like strangers. It was not a place we would likely return to for another meal.

Best seafood never a bad meal. Their Boston clam chowder beat all of the chowders we tried in Boston! Great cocktails. Great appetizers

WCYC is the best seafood restaurant in the East Bay. Period. We went for lobster at $ 20.15 in January but go frequently for the fresh fish, fish tacos, mussels, calamari, etc. All are first-rate.

Been here many times. Love the food, wine list, service. Yet always come away feeling it's a little too noisy, a little too cramped, and perhaps a little to pricey. I like it best during off hours as the wait staff are engaging and knowledgeable about all they serve. My go to's are the small bites and appetizers with a... More

Had a great time at lunch with a friend at the bar. The drinks were tasty, the fish tacos were excellent. There were many characters at the bar, and one of the most interesting was a couple who ordered the crab and lobster special for January, i lost count but believe they each had three servings of lobster/crab.

This was my second visit to the Yacht Club - this time for lunch. Service was not nearly as good as my last visit (dinner 1 year ago), nor was the food. However, the fresh seafood is still better than what you get in the Midwest. I like the large selection of seafood, the location and atmosphere (especially at night).... More
