Had the fire roasted barbecue chicken, looked enticing as we watched them cook the chicken in the fire oven, but it was over done on one end, cooked in the middle and almost raw at the other end. Don't recommend it. My friend had the pot roast, good but a little under seasoned.

When entertaining, gathering, or getting a larger party together, Lark Creek is a good bet. Drive right to the restaurant - there's a very convenient parking garage in the same building and the first hour is complimentary. We were six people plus a toddler. This is an upscale restaurant for a toddler, but our nephew was on very good behavior... More

Family of four, we had the paella- which was slightly undercooked, the meatloaf would have been ok if it wasn't bathed in ketchup, soup was very odd, pot roast burnt. Atmosphere was nice, waitress was friendly.

Our trio had a reservation for 6:30 and it's lucky we did! They were running a 1/2 price on bottles of wine and the place was absolutely packed. Our table had 2 salmon dinners each prepared differently, both good, and the turkey special. That came with sides of mashed potatoes, yams, dressing, and cranberry sauce. I was eating healthy, but... Our party of 4 had a grand time at the Lark Creek Restaurant in Walnut Creek, California. Our starters were martini's, Flowers Chardonnay, caprise salads and corn soup. Dinner filet of beef and halibut. Desserts were delicious peach & blueberry crisp, homemade ice cream sandwich and smores. The service was excellent and we will return. There is outside dining so... Went there and sat at the bar with friends for lunch. Their chicken sandwich is really good. Great wines by the glass and very friendly service.

My husband and I really enjoy Lark Creek and have dined there several times, always coming away happy. For lunch, the go-to entree is the tortilla pancake, which is just delicious and involves high labor...always a plus to pay the bill for something you know would have taken you a LONG time to create! I started with a cocktail not... More

Lark Creek is part of a chain of restaurants under similar name recognition. This specific site offers delightful food selections that are very good and consistent. Service is excellent as well. I highly recommend that you visit this restaurant and select anything feeling assured of an excellent meal.

We have been to the Lark Creek several times. It seems to be a good (not great) dependable slightly pricy restaurant. Good place to take friends or family to enjoy each other and some good food. Service was always good and I always felt comfortable. The food is well preparred, but not very inventive.
