I pass through Walnut Creek & used to look forward to lunch at Prima. Wine by the glass is priced way too HIGH, food is OK but not WOW! I'm going to try the Yacht Club next time. more

Saturday evening we had a dinner party for 18 people at Prima's. The meal was excellent and well-served, and the ambiance was super. We ordered appetizers in advance, but everyone ordered from the menu. Food and service for a group this size can be mundane at many restaurants, but not so at Prima's. We highly recommend this restaurant. more

We came for Gourmet Dining Week and the first thing the hostess did was suggest we take the regular menu. Our waitress was aloof and seemed annoyed when I mentioned that there was only one choice for each course and I couldn't eat the chicken, since I am a vegetarian. She said " This is just the way we do... more

Prima Ristorante was established in 1977 and specializes in contemporary Italian food. It has a reputation of being one of the finest Italian restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area.
