Visited here for lunch last week. I ordered the tacos and my friend ordered the steak sandwich. Both were good. Not the best meal I have had there but it was ok. It was really quiet that day so I would recommend it for a business lunch.

Just returned from a mid week dinner, the waiter was very nice and friendly, and recommended several things. He was the bright spot of the evening. We started with a glass of sparkling wine that was flat in one glass and still fizzy in the other, my wife wanted to send the one back but I took the flat one... More

I enjoy the food at Tommy's but only go here on a special occasion because of the price point. It is more like European dining, in that you wait a while for your food. A good tip: you need to ask for the bread, which is fresh baked to order and is FAB! Unlike is Europe, you're not charged extra... More

Tommy's has definitely dropped from what it used to be. It's sad because it used to be a really good restaurant. Not so much nowadays. Definitely other more desirable options out there.

Tommy's was recommended by the hotel staff as being one of the best in town. Menu was adequate and a bit limited. One person in my party had an undercooked steak and another's was overcooked even though they both ordered it the same way. Nice wine list. Staff decent. For what was called 'one of the best in town,' I... More

Had reservations at 6PM for dinner for 4. Plans to attend concert tonight after dinner at 7:30. My friend and I ordered 2 appetizers each and the other couple ordered dinner and we all ordered a cocktail. We got one appetizer and the drinks. An hour later, the waiter came to the table to let one our guest know that... More

Two years ago I selected Tommy's to celebrate my anniversary. I had a large party of 20+ people. I experienced neglectful service and mediocre food and vowed never to return, but recently friend chose Tommy's for her birthday lunch so how could I deny such a request? I ordered the bacon pasta and avocado shrimp salad. Both were excellent. The... More

Located in an industrial park on Shirk Road in NW Visalia, Tommy's Restaurant who founded the popular Bistro downtown, opened a place that caters to the working crowd. Great food at a reasonable price.

Good service and very tasty food. Try the burgers or the meatloaf. The pastrami is also very good. Bottomless drinks rounds it all out. Thank you
