Great beer options,

A good place to go in Visalia. Great beer tasting options. Friendly service. Cigar seating area upstairs.

Some inventive menu items. The vegetarian "Dirty Hippy" is just about the only veggie (vegan by request) sandwich item that you can get in town--if you ask for it by name. The food is generally good, service is very uneven. The beer is hoppy and generally too bitter, standard microbrew fare that is only fair.

Visalia is another medium size town with a tiny craft brewing scene. Brewbakers has been the only option for a very long time. And, for a very long time they have been making really good beer - each style has a fine offering (but call ahead if there is a specific beer you want. They do run out occasionally). Sadly,... More

This place has a great family pub feel. It's not shady & it's not Applebee's. However the food is much better than the actual beer they brew. A cool enough place to visit downtown. Best food: Diablo Pizza Best Beer: Sequoia Red

This place was okay, but nothing to write home about food-wise. Nachos were okay, salads were okay, chips were okay. My friends really liked the experience, but I wasn't impressed.

Brewbakers has been a local favorite for a long time. Their beers are great, but if there's something in particular you're looking for, call first. I wanted their hoppy IPA but they were out and didn't have a lot of great options. The kitchen needs a makeover. Ordered fish and chips with coke slaw. Frozen fish, frozen fries, cole slaw... More

This place is located along Main Street among a wide range of eateries of various cuisine. I particularly fancy finding the local brewery when arriving to a new place, in fact seek them out. This has become one of my favorite places to relax and grab a bite, and can confidently bring friends and family from out of town for... More

Brewbakers is a comfortable Brewpub with good atmosphere and average food. Its definatly pub style food ... nothing outstanding or memorable. The few times I've visited have been with groups and the burger seemed to be the best choice. The pizza, nachos and fish n chips just average.
