My wife and I went here a few days ago for breakfast and were underwhelmed. It's always been really good in the past, but it was disappointing this time. The waitress didn't do a good job and the food wasn't very flavorful. I've always loved the home style potatoes with the grilled onions and bell peppers which were non-existent this... More

The place is buzzing with locals which is generally a good sign. The main problem was that the bitter and horrible taste of burnt cooking oil used to cook hash brown and home style fried potatoes. Omelettes were good and the portions were generous otherwise. We should have ordered one between the two of us.

My wife and I had breakfast here recently. I had an avocado, bacon and tomato omelette. This is a very large omelette and is full of the ingredients listed. There is also lots of cheddar cheese. You may want to ask them to back off some on the cheese. The home cooked potatoes were very good. The biscuits are light a... More

Food is good here and service is super fast ... but the location is cramped and you will wait for quite a while to get in for breakfast on the weekends. The food is big and greasy and if that's what you are looking for you will not be disappointed. However this is old school diner and there aren't many... More

This is one of those hidden gems where only the locals walk in. From it's old cafe look to its location if you are not from around here you may not walk in. However, this place is almost always busy. They have great food and very friendly service.

I was visiting Visalia because of a business trip and decided to try this place because of the raving reviews on Trip Advisor. While the service was great and the food good, I can't say it's the best I ever had. What I can say is, they provide you with enough food to fill three people. Maybe that is what... More

We were in the Visalia area for a wedding so spent the night then needed to find a good place to eat breakfast before heading back home. We looked at Tripadvisor to see what they suggested. We found Corner Cafe and the reviews were good so we thought we would give it a try. It is a medium size restaurant... More

One of my favorite places to grab breakfast. Staff is quick and friendly, omelets are my favorite here. Just be forewarned that the crowds fill this place up quick for both breakfast and lunch. They close at 2pm so don't plan on stopping for dinner.

They are a crowded restaurant and now I know why. Their prices are reasonable, and the food is excellent and in large portions so come hungry. They were in a hurry to clear our table due to the crowds so the service staff inadvertently did so while we were in the bathroom before we had completely finished, which put a... More
