When we found out about Tahoe Joe's offering a free Joe's steak dinner for Veterans available on Monday, or Tuesday for Veterans day with the purchase of one regular priced dinner of equal value we went today Nov. 10th for lunch. My wife and I both had the 6 oz. Joe's steak dinner which was really good. It came with... More

I've been here 4 times, once by choice, twice for fundraisers and a fourth from a gift certificate. Never order a steak, it's more like a dried out hunk of pot roast. If you are there for a fund raiser dinner, don't tell the waiter, service goes out the back door. The last time I ate there, we had a... More

We have enjoyed meals here at times, but this is not always the case. I would recommend avoiding the chicken pot pie soup. It has a few vegetables in a bland cream sauce. The waiter pitched it as comfort food. The comfort is the restaurant's not the diner's in that it is possibly pure profit. I generally order a chicken... More

Very noisy and disorganized. Long wait to be seated and even longer wait to acknowledged and order. Steaks were tough and orders were mixed up. Sorry my last try at this location.

We were traveling and had never eaten in a Tahoe Joe's. What a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere was cabin-esque, attentive service, and good food. What else could a hungry traveler want!!

I have eaten here many times. Food is ALWAYS superb. Service is great. Best baked potato I have ever eaten. Steaks will melt in your mouth. Prices are very reasonable for ambiance, food quality and super service. Don't go anywhere else if you want a steak.

While working in the are this week my associate and I went to Tahoe Joe's and were glad we did. I really liked the atmosphere the staff were friendly, the service was excellent, but most important the New York Strip was cooked PERFECTLY and delicious. So many times, even at steakhouses, the meat isn't cooked just like you ordered but... More

We've been to the Visalia Tahoe Joe's many times and have never had any complaints about the food or service. Our last visit, in May, was to celebrate our 47th wedding anniversary. Our server went above and beyond to make our evening special. It was a very nice dining experience, topped off with a complimentary huge mudslide dessert. Tahoe Joe's... More
