This review is for the Pita Kabob Gastropub downtown. It's an inviting, open restaurant with a very comfortable patio. The beer selection rotates and is the best in town. I had the falafel, which was fine, and my friend had the flatbread which was huge and had a perfectly crispy crust (though they could've been more generous with the toppings).... More

The food is fresh and tastes very good. The place is modern, urban. Great out door area. The wait staff is friendly. The menu gives many options - I choose the lamb. It was good. With all the good things I experienced it will be a long time before we try it again . We waited close to an hour... More

From the yummy pita chips to the hummus varieties to the baba ganoush (I'd like it a little chunkier) to the dolmas you feel you could really be in an exotic town south of the Mediterranean if it were not for the casual atmosphere of a modern bistro intended to put everyone local at ease. The place is good enough... More

I like this location since it is off the beaten path of the busier Mooney location. The food is cooked to order and is not fast food. Ordered the lamb combo plate with Humus. The lamb was cooked perfectly (slightly pink) and the humus was creamy and delicious. I saw a couple of burgers go out to people and they... More

We often come here as the food is good and family members really like the beer selection. It is not large, and the service can be a bit slow, but it is a good place to come with family and friends.

I stopped in for a quick bite. The cashier was a bit "rushed" but friendly. I ordered the combo plate and a side of fries and no drink. The tab was $17.30 for one person. The food is great though.

Everyone at our table seemed to enjoy their chosen food. Humus was especially good. I found the Mediterranean salad lacking character except for the chicken on top, which had an excellent lemon/pepper flavor. My husband's Gyro wrap was large and tasted okay, but I would prefer the addition of cucumber sauce. I believe that food here is very good for... More

The food is top quality, but if you're in a hurry don't go when they are busy. We always try to go in off hours to avoid the wait.

We eat here at least 2 times a month, the food is very good. One of the best burgers in town just get a side of pita chips or fries either go great. Classic Rice Bowls with any or there meats are very good also. The Pita Kabob on Mooney is very good also.

I couldn't believe this little gem of a lunch stop. Great Mediterranean food in Visalia! Falafels were fresh, the hummus was tasty, and the chicken schawarma was excellent
