My breakfast was just a wonderful homemade meal! My friends pastrami sandwich was... More

Really enjoyed our visit to Emma Jean's and loved the fact that the diner has not been modernised in any way. Well worth going out of your way for.

Emma Jean's opened in 1947 and is little changed since then. It may well be the most authentic diner on Route 66. I recommend the patty melt. On my first visit, I was overwhelmed with how big it was, but on a more recent stop, I learned that you can get either a 1/2 lb. or 1/4 lb version. Either... More

The place was featured on Triple D. Very small place so we had to wait for a room at the counter but it was worth it. The other diners were good about moving down a seat, as needed to make room for new arrivals. Friendly place and family owned. Caution portions are generous. I had the Brian burger and it... More

Overall, this is a great place to eat, their food is always made in front of your eyes and served in a large and very tasteful portion. The ambiance here this also great, it truly feel like if you are at home enjoying food with friends and family. If you truly want to enjoy a good Hamburger or a great... More

Stopped there again for a late lunch, really great old fashion burger & great service. If your solo, sit at the bar as seating is limited

Enjoyed my breakfast sausage and eggs with biscuits and my son had cheese burger.it looked delish. Service is good. Owners wife is a waitress there and very funny. Just wish they were open on Sunday's.
