The best Hot Dog in California

I have been going here since they opened. We use to cut school and go to Sac's. They steam their buns and everything is always so fresh. The chili is homemade and goes great on the hot dog. I always get the chili cheese dog and my wife gets the cheese dog. Since I've had to watch what I eat... read more

My family and I go there a lot and have for a while, these are simply the best hot dogs I've ever had. We never get tired of going there and never will! And not to mention, I went there for my birthday and an employee overheard with resulted in a surprise ice cream for my family and I.

Great food. But line was too long because the place is small. I wish I did not have to wait on a line for too long but its worth standing on line

I have been eating these hot dogs for quite a few years. They are the best hot dogs in the bay area. Fresh, a great hot dog recipie, great ingredients, great atmosphere. I really like Sac's a lot. It closes early so get over there. Line or not. Soooo worth any wait. The staff will give you great service, fast.

I love hotdogs done right. I have dined at this hole in the wall restaurant numerous times. For a flat fee, you get a hot dog, a bag of chips, and a soda. A deal!!!! You have lots of choices, too. With sauerkraut, with chili, with cheese, with onions. You name it. Fresh buns and great dogs. The line at... More

I've been going here since they opened too. Great Dogs always a fast moving line out the door. I brought my Girlfriend here from NY last year so she could compare to Nathans and Sabretts like I did when visiting her on Long Island. On her next visit while driving up from SFO she asked " When can we go... More

I have been eating Sac's Tasty dogs since they opened in the 70's and I was just a young child. They are just that delicious. The friendly service has been there from the beginning
