Went for dinner on 4th of July. The place was pretty packed and I am not sure if this was due to its popularity or the national holiday! We were seated quickly which was good. The service was below average, maybe because there were too many peoples at the restaurant. For main course we ordered

Our dinner tonight served by Ellen couldn't have been better! My boyfriend and I came around 7:40 and only had to wait about ten minutes on a Saturday night (they don't take reservations for parties less than 8). I was so impressed with our waitress! Compared to other restaurant we have been to in the area.. No one compares to... More

This was our first visit to this restaurant (as we traveled from north to south CA) and we were very happy with our entire meal. My husband ordered the tri-tip steak and I ordered the St Louis ribs with sides of Smashed Sweet Potatoes (creamy and buttery) and Peanut Coleslaw (lots of peanuts!). The tri-tip was very tender and a... More

This is one of our favorite places for dinner in Valencia. We have never had a bad dinner here regardless of what we have order. We have only had one bad waiter but everyone else was outstanding and very attentive and helpful. Our first waitress from our first visit six years ago still remembers us and stops by our table... First off I cant say enough great stuff about our waiter. He took care of us far beyond the normal. Now to the food, the BBQ was some of the best BBQ i have had. The ribs were fall of the bone, the brisket was melt in your mouth, and the pulled pork was moist and juicy. This place is... More

Wood Ranch Valencia puts out a flavorful meal but the prices are high and the servings are small. The Tri Tip has a great flavor but again for what they charge the portions are way to small. Tri Tip sliders are good and the portions there are reasonable. Fries are good crispy and well seasoned. Service was excellent but the... More

The BEST Prime Rib!!! I came for lunch yesterday with a friend and was pleasantly surprised to see that they had prime rib as their special and that it was available for lunch. I ordered the 11 oz cut for $23.95, cooked medium, along with a side of steamed broccoli. Our server Jesseca was super nice and efficient. She had... More

We have been to many Wood Ranch BBQ's all over LA and have always had a good experience. I think the problem here is due to inexperienced or uncaring management. Our visit began with water dripping on us and the table. The waitress explained it was from the AC. We looked overhead and they had placed pans in the rafters... More

I had the combo (baby back ribs and the try tips). Both were ok but tended to be on the bland side. As sides I had mac & cheese. This was yummy. Also had the peanut slaw. This was so-so. My sister had the salmon blackened. Thought it tasted fishy which is never a good sign. She had the steamed... More

Went to lunch with my Sister-In-Law and nephews who have never been and they loved it. We had the onion rings and chips and guacamole which were wonderful. The food was good the service was the best I have ever received at Wood Ranch and my daughter and I go aleast once a month.
