I ate lunch at The Hat in Upland on three separate occasions last month. This location is clean and has a large seating area with ample parking. The people who work here seem genuinely interested in delivering great customer service despite the informality of this restaurant. Their pastrami dip sandwich is piled high with lean well prepared tasty pastrami and served... More

Great food, a little higher priced, but good quality. Walk up location and no table side service. Coke products for beverages. Plastic utensils and cardboard plates. Chili Fries are a meal of their own.

The Hat is a super casual, order at the counter type of place. It serves up great comfort food in huge quantities. Be prepared to share!

It's a fast food restaurant. Always clean, family friendly and a big portion for the dollar. Restaurant was freshly remodeled.

The sandwiches shine. Unhinge your jaw and enjoy. Yeah, it can be crowded and noisy, but the energy makes the calories go down faster.

The best Pastrami piled high. I think you could make 3 good size sandwitches out of one of theirs. Goes good with a shake or an orange bang...

If there is a better Pastrami sandwich in my area I have not found it. It is a bit messy, but is a tremendous sandwich. The fries or onion rings come in a paper sack and we can never finish them. When we want to treat ourselves to something special we are off to the Hat.

I like this place but I have to be really, really hungry to come here because the portion sizes are way too big for me to finish and I hate to throw food away. Great burgers, messy but yummy and much better than a big fast food chain.

Hard to believe, but I was a bit disappointed by the quality of food at this place in Halloween. I ordered the gravy fries. Just plain thick fries with brown gravy. I think their chili fries are better. Had a giant chili hot dog from them back in 2011. Very heavy food. Be hungry or ready to work it off.... More

French dip, BBQ beef, Pastrami, and much more. Always great to get your fill of the food they have to offer. If you don't like crowds, maybe try the other location a few miles away. Busy place. Food can get messy. Not cheap.
