We actually went to the one in San Mateo, CA. The restaurant is very nicely decorated. We went on a Saturday night, so there was a very long wait (about 1 hour 15 minutes). However, I think it was worth it because their broth is amazing! I usually like to add sauces to the broiled food for hot pot, but... more
