This past week I was in Orange County for business and on one night searched for and found a seafood restaurant, Bluewater Grill. I know Bluewater Grill from an experience in Phoenix where the restaurant is an old Fish Market (Northern California Chain). The Bluewater Grill in Tustin is in a mall called the District. My colleague and I had... More

Dinner on a Sunday after a movie. 6:00 p.m., very quiet, very few parties inside or outside. Glad to see they have an India Pale Ale on tap, also had a nice martini. My wife's from Massachusetts and will have the fried clams with cole slaw and fries more often than not. Large number of clams, lightly fried (if you... More

I dined at Bluewater with a group of colleagues after a business meeting. The service was great and the lobster bisque was tasty. I had the Alaskan Halibut catch of the day for $30 and it was not that great. The portion was meager at best and it was dry. I imagine it was in the back for a while... More

A more expensive and upscale restaurant so tends not to be too busy at lunch time. The food is good but tends to be a little pricey. The fish I have ordered always tastes fresh and the food is prepared and presented well. The service is good and I leave happy after a good lunch.

Been to Bluewater Grill here in Tustin about 5 times. Always had great service from when you walk in till you walk out. The food has always been good, and I always ordered the scallops. Last time we finally ordered something different. So glad we did! The lobster with buttered shrimp stuffing was crazy good and the ahi dinner was... More

Had a lunch meeting and was pleased with the service, non obtrusive during the meeting. I had the soup and salad, a good selection for quickly eating to enable more time to discuss business. Portions were just right for lunch.

The atmosphere is very nice and the food I had was excellent. I just thought I may have gotten more for the money. The staff was spot on and the food was great. The jambalaya was outstanding.

The atmosphere was great especially if you are lucky enough to get a table on their patio. Out bartender, Chris was very personable and made a great pomegranate martini. Went back a second time and our server, Maria, was pleasant and knowledgable of the menu. The food portions were worth every penny. Would recommend this venue and will go back... More
