Sitting outside looking over Truckee was fantastic. Great weather, beautiful view. Service started out slow, but once our waiter finally found out table, remainder of service was polite and snappy. I was there late so I only ordered a couple of appetizers and cocktail and glass of wine. Food was respectable, but far from mind-blowing. Wines available by the glass... More

If you can stand the garlic later on, give the Caesar's salad a try. It is the best anywhere but it is a little strong for most people. The view is terrific if you can get a window seat.

This is an old ski lodge turned into a restaurant. They have a great view of Truckee from the outdoor seating on the deck, and will offer you a blanket if the night is chilly!

Celebrated our wedding anniversary here. Great view of Truckee, nice atmosphere, unique and delicious fare. Expensive, but well worth the price.

One of the best places to eat out for a great dining experience in Truckee. Local place with lots of history. You can be dressed up or casual. Service and food is good. Pricey but worth it!

We arrived a bit late-around eight o'clock. Our waitress was very accommodating but brought the dinner way too soon as we had just been served cocktails. Perhaps it was because we were some of the last guests to be served for the evening. The food was very good but not just fabulous. The seafood stew lacked adequate seafood, and the... More

This is a nice spot with great views of the city and live music. Food is however overpriced so I world not recommend it as a Restaurant. Worth going in but only for a drink.

Food costs are certainly a challenge, and the current drought in California will make this an even bigger issue going forward. We always try to provide large portions at a fair value, and use the same formula... More
