Similar to many microbreweries with restaurants, the food was mostly above average. My turkey/BLT would be better without the overwhelming garlic flavor of the cilantro mayonnaise, and the bread could be a bit thinner to let the flavor of the sandwich come through a bit better. Also, for a $15 sandwich, the tomatoes should be vine ripened and not the... More

Good micro brewery with good food. In same shopping center as Drunken Monkey. Watched the 49ers on Sunday. There is glare on big screen TV. In general nice atmosphere.

We came a cross Fifty Fifty after realizing one of our favorite restaurants we visit often was closed for remodeling. Fifty Fifty was near our hotel and since we are beer lovers we decided to try it. I'm so glad we did. We sat in the center on the bar at one of the community tables and watched the restaurant... More

We were exhausted after driving from Utah and decided we wanted a quality meal and some good beer before we continued to the coast. This was a terrific choice! We tried the brown ale and the porter, the best we've ever had. I'm generally not a burger lover, but I had to try the burger with jalapenos, cream cheese, and... More

Great place to go for quality bar food away from Downtown Truckee. My wife loves the wings which I think are good bye California standards. They brew the beer which is cold and tasty.

The local brews were wonderful, but the food and service was just okay. Nothing to brag about. It appears to be a popular place with the locals. The restaurant has numerous TVs and it has a somewhat loud and raucous atmosphere.

We stopped at the Fifty Fifty Brewing Company after a day of hiking and walking around North Lake Tahoe. It was a good decision. The Leg Lifter Ale hit the spot. And $1 of the purchase of each pint of Leg Lifter goes to the Humane Society, so it was extra good. I am not a big fan of BBQ... More

My husband and I shared a large pizza and had them do a half and half. One half with pepperoni and mushroom and the other half with sausage, anchovies, and mushrooms - YUM. The crust is on the thin side which I love. We ended up taking 4 pieces home because it was so large.

This restaurant had a friendly atmosphere and good service. The food was surprisingly good for a rural area. We enjoyed the meat loaf and sautéed vegetables. Had the "Leg Raiser" brewed beer

I got my order to go back to the hotel. The inside area was really loud, noisy and I wanted to relax. I loved the salad I ordered- it had shredded pork on it and I can't remember what it was called now.
