Service ok, food good.

Once seated they forgot about us and it took a while for us to see a server. But the food was good. The appetizer board was nice and the filet mignion was delicious.

There arent a lot of great dining options in Trinidad Ca but we certainly found ourselves in this one. Fantastic dining experience! Great food (we had fresh snapper) that while $32...came with a wonderful appetizer board for two that included meat, cheese, canapes and pate with homemade pumpernickel bread and a great salad. Wine list is well thought out. Service... More

Showed up without a reservation, were seated anyway. Ate some of the best food we have ever had. Our server was one of the best we have ever had. He was pleasant and informative, and just an overall pleasure. Very pleased with this place. We dont always splurge on a nice dinner but im glad we did here.

Came in without a reservation but still accommodated and made to feel welcomed. This was a wonderful place and the service was spectacular. I didn't expect very much without very many places around but I was sorely mistaken and pleasantly surprised! They have an excellent wine list and a very good filet mignon. I would definitely come back again should... More

In our first visit to Larrupin, we simply had a great meal with even better service. Music was on the patio, which led to the ambiance of the visit. The appetizer board was fill with special foods, 1/2 of which is special made at the Larrupin. The following salad consisted of the crispest letuce with a special dressing. The snapper... More

We arrived late. Without reservations. On a Sunday. At sunset. And the gracious hostess asked us to wait a few minutes then seated us anyway. A jazz trip played softly. The appetizer board was lovely: berries, cheeses, pork. Waitstaff was knowledgeable and helpful. Our fish selections, steelhead and snapper, were brilliant. So were our drinks: prosecco and local beer. Our... More

Larrupin Cafe offers inspired, local foods from Rumiano cheeses to local Steelhead. Starting with the appetizer plate of fresh apples paired with cheese and figs, we were hooked on the unique and fresh flavors this cafe had to offer. We had oyster appetizers; they were small but delicious. Our entree did not disappoint; my husband had the special and I... More

we were spending the night in trinidad and after checking into our room we realized we didn't have any dinner plans. the woman in the motel told us about the Larrupin and that we would definitely need reservations. we got the last 2 and instead of a table for 2 we invited the person who checked into the place to... Exceptional service, wonderful food and a pleasant view of a well designed garden made our dinner a delight. The coconut shrimp appetizer looked so good that I doubled my order so I could have it as an entre. My friend had deliciously prepared salmon. While we were perusing the menu, our waiter brought us a little board with brown bread,... More

Two of us had dinner and both ordered the snapper with dill sauce. The snapper was done perfectly but the sauce was more of a honey-mustard and overpowered the fish. The appetizer board is a nice touch and is plenty for two. We each had a glass of local wine. Again, good but $11/ glass seemed high. In summary, if... More
