exceptional quality food

There is always something on the menu a little different, maybe even some things you wouldn't normally eat! I find that fun, this is a great place to enjoy food. Tough choices, there are so many tasty things to try.

I love eating at larrupin, it is real food with a local flair. The patio seating is really nice on a beatiful night. The ambiance and creativity make larrupin really one of a kind

I can't stress how much you have to eat here!!! The stuffed-pork tenderloin I had was unlike any other you will ever eat. My friend ate the blackened snapper was great too - not the blackened style of the south. Service was just as great! Great wine list too! For a couple, couples, dinner with co-workers...

I started eating at Larrupin when it first opened and was located in Westhaven. I feel so lucky that I was able to experience it in its infant stages when it was the very best restaurant I had ever been to. To this day I can say I have not as good a dining experience at a restaurant since then.... More

You can't go wrong with this amazing dining experience. Allow time for a leisurely meal when it is daylight outside, to soak up the beauty of the Redwoods.

I'm disappointed to be writing a review with such bad marks for what usually is one of my favorite restaurants in Humboldt County. My husband and I usually enjoy a date night here every few months and also take our family and out of town friends here because it has never disappointed and have never had a problem. We usually... After living in the area for almost 4 years and hearing about it, I recently decided to give it a try. Lovely place with forest view. They have a jazz bad on Sundays and Wednesday at 6pm. Make sure you make a reservation. I saw several groups get turned away when they didn't have one. I ate the beef brisket... More

Trip #3 to Larrupin and they didn't disappoint. From the appetizers and wine to the dessert we enjoyed it. Presentation, quality of product and service were spot on. They have a great prime rib special every Sunday. There is a ton of food, so be prepared. I had the spanakopita and it was delicious. I thought I'd hate it but... More

My wife and I had dinner here and it was the highlight of our trip. Though an unassuming house in a random location, it had a very cozy atmosphere and attentive service. We ordered the pork ribs and beef brisket which were honestly the best I've ever had (and I've had many). The sides were scrumptious and the salad too.... More
