We have been going there since it opened years ago. The food is always good. However, they need to upgrade that restaurant. It's always busy. Always full of people. And Tracy loves them! But, the seating is horrible! I mean horrible. With all the money they are making, coming on guys, please do something about the seating!!!

Had lunch there today (my first time eating there). The food was OK, but not really any better than the other Mexican places in town. The service was indifferent, like the customers were an annoyance that the employees had to put up with. The waitress never stopped back to see if we needed drink refills or to ask if everything... La Villa is always busy. The reason is obvious. The food is plentiful, priced right and served quickly. These are nice folks who have an excellent place to eat lunch or dinner.

I have been eating at La Villa for at least 15 years. Their food quality remains the same through the years, and I appreciate that. My personal favorite is the beef flautas, and I also think they have the best chips and salsa I've ever had.

Not great. Better than Chevys, but definitely in a ghetto area of town and the food just is not that good.

As adults, we agree with the other reviewers. The food tastes good and it's very reasonably priced. The service is fine, no bells and whistles, but it's quick. Our only problem is that they don't have a great selection for children. My daughter wanted a corn tortilla with a little grilled chicken. The waitress had to go back and ask... More

1st "test" of good Mexican food is the chips & salsa - it's great here! Food is always good, as well as speed, accuracy, & service. This is our "usual" for Mexican food in Tracy. A+

Great food, salsa is excellent, service is good! Super burrito with carne-asada is excellent, also the taco salad. Try the chicken soup with some pico.

I asked for the sauce on the side, but they never served it at all.. My carne asada burrito was very salty.. the only saving grace was the chips and salsa, but it's not enough for me to return here.
