Come for the Robs, Stay for the Biscuits

Lucille's ribs are great, don't get me wrong, fall-off-the-bone tender, caramelized with tangy sweet sauce. But a a lot of places have ribs. Lucille's is one of the better chain restaurants to visit in Torrance. I've eaten her several times and the food is consistently good. They have a really good menu with lots of choices. I love their rolls and the giant glasses of iced tea/lemonade. You leave here very full.

I've enjoyed my many visits here, but don't come as often as my tastebuds would like, as it is a bit expensive for a week night dinner out. (Dinner for two without alcoholic drinks nor appetizers came to over $60.) The fried green tomatoes are yummy, as are the ribs, salads, and T-bone steak. The portions are huge--plan on sharing... Even after experiencing Lucille's ribs, Tri-Tip and Chicken; Its hard to decide which to order or recommend to friends. Nice problem to have... In Torrance, the large bar area is separated in case you want a less family atmosphere. The free honey butter biscuits are fresh, moist and scrumptious, but you may need a to-go box if you have more... More

The food and portion sizes are amazing. The best BBQ I have ever had. Every person I have brought there have agreed the food is outstanding and portion size. For me the beef ribs and chicken, my wife the spareribs. Service is great. fast and always with a smile.

Been here 3 times now and it's been good food every time! Their Southern Fried Chicken is one of the best I've tasted and the Mardi-gras version is as good if you like some spicy "kick" to your meal. The BBQ Chicken salad is also good. Big portions all! I also had the BBQ pork once, but it was dry.... More

They have a great variety (pretty large portions as well) and everything I've ever had there is fantastic. HIghly recommend.

Definitely a re-visit if I'm ever back in the area! Warm-hearted welcome when I entered the restaurant, great service from entry to exit, and an amazing salad (ordered to go). like no other I've ever tasted! Plus, I tried their bread pudding . . . also amazing!

I love all Lucille's, but this time I had the tri tip sandwich and it was so good! The portions are huge, so there was plenty of leftovers. I had the mixed vegetables and they were seasoned for great taste. After dinner, I tried the bread pudding and it was very filling. I had to divided into 3, since there... More

Oh My! I thought I was dreaming. My cousin brought me to this restaurant and the food was just Devine. I had baby back ribs and she had short ribs. I had potato salad and that potato salad tastes liked mine. Another lady told me the beef ribs were excellent but when I eat rid I want pork. I recommend... More
