Lunch Specials are amazing but don't come for a sophisticated dining experience

Located near an extremely busy intersection (Torrance Blvd and Hawthorne Blvd) and currently with parking access somewhat impaired by construction at the adjacent building, we were nonetheless undaunted when we needed a Seafood Port lunch special. Located near an extremely busy intersection (Torrance Blvd and Hawthorne Blvd) and currently with parking access somewhat impaired by construction at the adjacent building, we were nonetheless undaunted when we needed a Seafood Port lunch special. The Lunch Specials are offered DAILY (i.e., weekends, too) between 11 am and 3 pm. The only days excluded are Mothers' and Fathers' Days.... More

We hadn't been here in quite a while. Place still looks the same, seats are ripped and held together with duck tape. The food as well hasn't changed. The portions are huge, the price is still decent. But we were missing the authenticity it displayed before. It's become quickly another Chinese restaurant being too Americanized. I think we might skp... More

I've been to Seafood Port a number of times in different situations, from multi-table parties to dinner with my girlfriend and her immediate family to lunch with just her, and I’ve never been disappointed. My favorite dishes are the Kung Pao chicken, beef chow fun, salt & pepper chicken, sautéed green beans, and the honey walnut shrimp. The Kung Pao... More

We went here for my husband's family Christmas dinner. Uncle did the ordering. Food came out pretty fast! It is loud so if you're in a large group and want to chat, be prepared to talk very loud so persons across the table can hear you! They were very busy so trying to wave down a server might be challenging... More

The food is nothing special but at the least the portions are large and the prices are decent. We were a small group of 4 people and we were sitting on a table for four but it was to small and not comfortable at all. The service was fast, but a bit "pushy". They had brought us the bill before... More

I usually do not patronize Chinese restaurants in SoCal (unless I'm in San Gabriel Valley) but amazed at how good this long time institution of a place is! They are very family-friendly and give you large portions. Their best dishes: Salt and Pepper Pork Chops, or Shrimp. The only small portion was the Walnut Shrimp dish. Otherwise, the Crispy Noodle... This place is a bit dingy and the service is not great. But, they give you large portions and the food is very tasty. One dish I would have for my very last meal on this earth would be their House Special Lobster. It's a whole fresh lobster (you get to pick your lobster) that is stir fried with the... More

We took a family vacation this summer to Redondo Beach. Check in at the Marriott and wanted to walk to a restaurant. Seaport was recommended. It is packed when you walk in. They sat us at a table that was barely wiped down from the previous diners. When our server came over we had questions about the lobster immediately they... More

I ordered a few things for take out and in was terrible. This is very Americanized Chinese food that was not worth eating.

Every time I come down to visit my parents they bring me here. I am never dissapointed! As my title says, large portions, very fast service and DELICIOUS! We always leave with food to bring home that we didn't finish. Looking forward to visiting my awesome parents again (and then I get to come here to eat!)
