Famous Hawaiian bread and a great bakery

We came here for breakfast with friends. Two of us ordered the Big Island Breakfast which had King’s Hawaiian French Toast (you can substitute for cinnamon bread for a little extra), two eggs and a choice of bacon, link or turkey sausage, fried Spam or Portuguese sausage. This dish was very... read more

I purchased a whole carrot cake for a dinner party and it got rave reviews. Pineapple in a carrot cake??? Who knew. It was awesome.

After reading reviews decided we needed to try this place. We went for lunch, I ate the mahi mahi and pork combination platter . It was so good especially the pork. My husband ate the mixed platter, and enjoyed it. We then had dessert, everyone should have dessert there! I ate the Lilikoi Crunch, passion fruit icing on a yellow... More

Didn't know King's Hawaiian had a restaurant until we drove by. Good food and a very cute restaurant. The staff were very nice also. Don't forget to get something from the bakery when you leave.

I had the Kailua pork with cabbage slaw. Some had teriyaki chicken with rice. Some had Chinese chicken salad and ice tea. Everything was delicious and fresh this is are go to for Hawaiian food. The pastries are so yummy and the Rainbow cake is the absolute best.

Kings Hawaiian is always a hit. The food is good and the bakery is amazing. It's fun to eat there at the fish tank with kids too.

The food and service was great. We practically licked our plates clean. On the way out, I stopped at the bakery and took a Napolean and a pineapple muffin to go. Let's just say the Napolean didn't make it to the hotel room. It smelled so good, we just couldn't wait.

I expected grilled meat, but they didn't have such things. Instead, this place offers fusion food a lot. Not a real Hawaiian restaurant.

We eat at Kings quite a bit and like it for the bakery more than the food. It is fair Hawaiian food. There are so many Hawaiian restaurants in this area where you can get authentic island food, so we mainly go to Kings for the sweets.

Just made a quick lunch stop here. Coconut shrimp appetizer, poke, spam & fruit. Perfectly yummy & quick. Just something small as we had to save room for baked goods. Got a walnut roll, bear claw, paradise parfait & chocolate parfait to go. Service was right on. Kids enjoyed walking through bakery area & looking at the fish tank. Oh... More
