Food still just as great as ever - but, still, no poi

Family got the luau platter. Food was great and tastes authentic - but, I need to have poi. I realize that serving poi is problematic since it is acquired taste, but, there's got to be a way to do it - maybe serve a limited amount each day - and when it's gone, it's gone. You just can't have good... read more

My husband brought me here for a surprise pre mother's day lunch. I've lived in this area almost all my life and travel to Hawaii often and I never new this place existed. The food was really good, specially the French Toast. The bakery is a fat girls heaven. I will return a lot.

My family is a huge fan of the Kings Hawaiian bread and at any given time you will find a package of the rolls at our house. We came here on easter Sunday about an hour before closing as we had a busy day before us. The restaurant is very family friendly and there's even an aquarium that was nice... More

This is a great bakery and restaurant. They have a big variety of pastries and the cakes are moist, original and delicious. Their best cake is the Hawaiian Paradise Cake. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. I'm very pleased with the service I've received over the years.

Been wanting to check this place out and with my son's volleyball tournament nearby, it worked out well. Very clean and the bakery case is to die for. Menu is in big font so if you forgot your glasses, easy peasy. Being a hapa haole (half islander half white) I live for really good Hawaiian breakfasts. Great selection including Portuguese... More

One does not have to visit the islands to have great Hawaiian food. It's here in Torrance! The food is great, the staff friendly and the overall experience is of the highest calibre. You are missing out if you have not visited Kings Hawaiian yet.

I went to breakfast here with a business collegue and was impressed with the breakfast and service. The incredible display of pastries, cookies and bread was impressive. Take some to go if you cant eat in. They have a large breakfast menu and I enjoyed the Big Breakfast. You can also get rice for breakfast and they have spam dishes.... More

I love this place! My parents live in the neighborhood. I used to ride my bike over with friends to get pastries and desserts after school. We love going there for breakfast. I order the Big Island with Kings Hawaiian french toast, eggs, and bacon. You can ask for coconut syrup, but maple is fine for me. I always get... More

The bread and pastries are why people come here. The food resembles Hawaiian food, and is pretty good, but nothing beats the hot bread coming to your table. I would say everything else resembles a Marie Callendars theme

If you want a great Hawaian food this is the place to visit. Their cakes and pastries are full of flavors. I love the guava cake the best.
