In a recent review The DAILY BREEZE wrote .... "There are some wonderful small restaurants that dot the landscape of Italy. If you want to duplicate the experience of traveling to Europe without the expense, visit Scardino's Italian Restaurant in Torrance." We are a family owned and operated ristorante much like one would find in the neighborhoods of any southern Italian city. Our authentic recipes originate from all southern provinces of the country. Our pasta, pizza and seafood is carefully prepared each day with the highest quality ingredients available, most imported from Italy. We also have an excellent selection of moderately priced Italian wines and fantastically delicious Tiramisu. The Iorillo Family - Phillip & Pauline along with daughters Tracy & Kristi - and their friendly, professional staff will pamper you with world-class service and Italian hospitality. Our intimate, warm Italian atmosphere makes Scardino's the perfect choice for entertaining your family & friends.

Yum and they make you feel like family

We have never had a bad meal. Love 1/2 wine bottle on Wednesdays and the early bird special you can't beat. Great place

This was a fantastic Italian find! We lucked out and by chance dined when all bottles of wine were 1/2 off--sweet! The food was terrific. I had spaghetti carbonara and my husband had lasagne. Both were superb. We were stuffed, but managed to squeeze in some sublime tiramisu. Our waitress, Rebecca, was an absolute treasure. So happy we found this... More

Great early bird menu complete with soup/salad, hot bread, entree, dessert, and a glass of wine! Can't go wrong. Always busy. RSVP suggested.

This place is relatively cheap, but the quality of taste is awesome. I think this is the best Italian restaurant around my place

I started my night at Scardino's with a class of their Chianti which was delightful and then had the linguine pescatore. OMG! I must have been hungry because it was delicious and I ate it all which I normally do not do. This restaurant is one of our go to Italian restaurants in the neighborhood.

This is a very quaint Italian restaurant with great service, delicious food and a warm atmosphere. They just recently enlarged the restaurant, but it has not lost it quaintness. I feel like I'm eating in a family dining room when I am there. Just love it. They have an outside eating area that is pet friendly.

This is a family run Italian restaurant. Excellent food and although it's a small space it's worth the visit.

Scardino's used to be one of our favourite local restaurants with good food, good prices and good service. On our recent visit the restaurant had expanded into the adjacent space and the food had declined to just average. Prices are still good and they still have their early bird specials but I out we'll return. I heard that ownership had... More
