PUBlic House roosts in the heart of Old Town Temecula among rustic, nostalgic buildings. Since 2009, we have served the finest fare in a truly unique restored home from the 1950s. PUBlic House is discreet at first glance. As you walk up to our hosts you only just hear the life music and busy, joyful activity tucked out back awaiting you. This aspect of PUBlic House always makes dining an intimate rendezvous. Whether you are having a sweet heart-to-heart in the patio garden or catching up with friends on the balcony, PUBlic House romances with charm. Our customers describe PUBlic House as "Chill" and "Funky Cool". It's true, Fridays through Sundays you will rock the rhythm of live music 'til the wee hours. Staff say Sundays are especially relaxing due to the clientele vibe and live acoustic music. Throughout the year, PUBlic House's patio garden remains relaxing with the hum of friends and family dining on fine food and drink that uncommonly delight them. Old home turned into a nice restaurant

We found Public House on Trip Advisor and decided to try it for lunch. We did have to wait about 10 or 15 minutes to be seated. While we were waiting two ladies were trying to order truffle fries to go. The hostess said they don't do take out during the weekend. They then replied that they had... read more

Last night my husband, my best friend and I had dinner here, and we all loved it! We ordered a Corned Beef Sandwich, a Kobe Burger and the Wild Mushroom Pasta, and we spilt a Caesar Salad between the three of us for starters. Starting with the salad, the dressing had a wonderful balance of flavors, and the blending of... More

Everything we ordered was great, but we could have easily shared our meals as they were all overly generous!

We enjoy this restaurant quite often but always choose the patio. It is a modern, comfortable eatery with young, hip, friendly waiters who are efficient in their comfortable wear. Sometimes we go as a large group and sit around the outside upscale fire pit. Signature drinks from the bar are delicious...and pleasantly surprising. Kobe beef hamburgers can't be outdone anywhere... More

One of the best restaurants in Old Town! Great atmosphere, great patio area, great service and live music on weekends. The menu changes with the seasons, but they do have a few staple foods served year around. I would recommend to anyone! We go back all the time! It's just a go to place when you want a great time... Delicious Gourmet food with a nice atmosphere. I love to eat out on the front porch. Parking can be a bit of a challenge but there is always the parking garage at city hall with plenty of free parking and the short walk is very pleasant. Usually arrive for an early lunch so have never had to wait too long.

If you are hankering for a burger, the Public House Kobe burger is outstanding (and huge!). My hubby had the fresh swordfish over grilled vegetables and that was fabulous as well. Live music and a beautiful patio made this evening in Old Town Temecula a night to remember.

A friend of mine and I met for dinner on a Tuesday evening, just two girlfriends, no kids. Although the place is small, the atmosphere is wonderful. The food was exceptional and our waiter was was wonderful. It was a little chilly the night we went and although we sat outside on the patio, with the fireplace, it was really... More
