PUBlic House roosts in the heart of Old Town Temecula among rustic, nostalgic buildings. Since 2009, we have served the finest fare in a truly unique restored home from the 1950s. PUBlic House is discreet at first glance. As you walk up to our hosts you only just hear the life music and busy, joyful activity tucked out back awaiting you. This aspect of PUBlic House always makes dining an intimate rendezvous. Whether you are having a sweet heart-to-heart in the patio garden or catching up with friends on the balcony, PUBlic House romances with charm. Our customers describe PUBlic House as "Chill" and "Funky Cool". It's true, Fridays through Sundays you will rock the rhythm of live music 'til the wee hours. Staff say Sundays are especially relaxing due to the clientele vibe and live acoustic music. Throughout the year, PUBlic House's patio garden remains relaxing with the hum of friends and family dining on fine food and drink that uncommonly delight them. You enjoy dining in many different seasons. So, in steamy summers the balcony and patio garden sparkle with mist. In winters we get it toasty with outdoor heaters and warm, rich menu items. Welcome to the family!

Great Food

This is a little hidden place off main street where the food is outstanding. You must have their kobe burger along with a craft beer. The patio is a great place to hang out and enjoy your food.

After a recent trip to Europe I wanted a gourmet burger and this was the place. First of all the burger is HUGE, juicy and delicious made is premium beef "Kobe", cooked medium rare to perfection. It is served on a delicious bun with a side of crispy French fries and arugula. Best burger fix after my trip. I have... More

My boyfriend and I were in town celebrating our anniversary and ate here one of the nights. The beer selections were awesome, although they could've added a few more options when it came to the sparkling wine or simply replace it. Huge fan of sparkling wine and the one there was not very good. My boyfriend have they're nut brown... More

The menu was a little limited, but the Kobe burger was excellent. If you're looking for dessert this is not the place to go as there are only three choices. Service was so-so and a little pricey. We were told there was a wide selection of local beers. There was one.

I've eaten here numerous times and feel compelled to write this review as this is a top restaurant and I love it. In fact, I'm going there tonight as I'm craving their Kobe burger and a nice glass of wine. They change their menu, they have great gourmet fries and have a very well thought out wine list and awesome... More

Of all the places we tried in Temecula, the Public House was our favorite! Our party of 5 was served promptly by friendly staff and our meals were varied and delicious. They use local produce and we heard the menu changes according to what is available!

We really enjoyed sitting outside in a shaded location for a late afternoon lunch. My husband had the pork and I had the chicken. They were both recommended by the waiter and both were delicious, fresh, and unique. The pork was the true winner, though. The beer was also fantastic, although we saw some cocktails being served that looked equally... More

Enjoyed the private back area dining, view of a rock water feature. Roof area is a series of horizontal blinds that are changed to allow less or more light. Ordered gourmet burger, one half delicious other half gray and mushy, undercooked. At his was a rare exception to the normally excellent menu items. Seasoned fries were great, kale salad delicious.

I really like the service and the food. Fun atmosphere and my dogs had fun too. Located near little Italy and a great place to visit after the farmers market on Saturdays
